The staff. The food and the views
The initial room odour. Suspect it was to do with the shower as the room was clean .and odour when I opened the shower door
Nice location
My wife and I booked 2 nights b&b Saturday & Sunday. We rang on Saturday morning to book the thermal spa area for 1 hour over the weekend which actually costs an extra £20 pp for the 1 hour. We where told there was no availability either day. This was extremely disappointing that we couldn't avail of the full services of the hotel
Exceptional view, friendly staff, comfortable bedroom & excellent food.
Beautiful property with view of northern coastline
Breakfast was lovely with it being served to you and picking from menu.
I think thermal spa should be included in price and not restricted to a certain length of time.
Sauna was not working and reported to staff.
Beautiful hotel with stunning views
Views
The staff were phenomenal
Not much
The location was beautiful, plenty of spacious parking, staff couldn't do enough for you, the food in the Lookout restaurant was beautiful, hotel interiors were out if thus works & ilI booked a back massage at the spa & I highly recommend it.
Loved everything
Overall the room was beautiful, clean and had everything in it except a little fridge however it was not a problem to bring a bucket of ice back to are room. The scenery was breathtaking from the bar and restaurant the staff from front of house onwards were friendly, attentive and nothing was a problem.
The only criticism is that in are room the shower didn't have enough power even though overall the bathroom was lovely.
The first thing that strikes you is the beautiful view from the hotel property. it looks over an expanse of both countryside and sea. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, very client oriented. The room was very comfortable, with a very good bed and plenty of pillows (a big plus for me!). Immaculately clean bathroom, well appointed. Both the dinner restaurant and the breakfast restaurant served a nice variety of very fresh and well prepared foods. All in all, highly satisfied.
Too much rain, but I guess one can't fault the hotel for that. 😄
The room was beautiful and very clean.
Honestly nothing everything was beautiful from the reception staff to everyone else who came after.
Hotel was located near plenty of things that we wanted to see, very clean, hotel services were excellent
Can't think of anything
Excellent location. Good parking.
Room was very warm even with window open.
The room was nice and we had nice staff greet us at the restaurant and bar.
The spa, currently would not rate it as a spa. The outdoor hot tub was grimey and dirty. We paid an extra £20 each to use the spa as it’s not included in your stay and for its current size and facilities it should be included. I would expect it to be at least clean but the dirt came off the hot tub when touch with our fingers so I did not use it. Awaiting staff to ring me about the spa as the receptionist said she did not have authority to do anything about the complaints upon check out. No call for 5 days now.
