Lovely location, hotel and v helpful staff.Lookout restaurant superb.
Would have like a mini fridge in our room
Very well appointed in an excellent location with magnificent views.
The only snags that I would suggest about the accommodation are;
1. There was no ventilation in the en-suite.
2. The water pressure in the shower was not that powerful.
The location and the view was fantastic
No children allowed in the pool was a disappointment.
2 of the staff were very poor, one accused me of not paying a bill which I had paid
Ordered wine for room service, and it didn’t arrive.
Worst stay we as a family have had ever.
New spa area is fantastic
Service in the outlook area
Helpfulness of staff
Room a bit run down, hook falling off wall, picture fittings on wall with no picture, fire escape plan fell off wall in the middle of the night. Shower was not powerful. Room was too warm.
Very good room with an excellent view
Staff mixed in attitude. Bedroom cleaning too late and not consistent. Most restaurant staff good. Most food disappointing, especially breakfast which promised more than it delivered.
Staff were wonderful. A lovely setting and live music on each night.
Everything about the hotel was superb. The staff were lovely, and the food and drink were tremendous. I highly recommend this hotel for the future.
Everything was wonderful, so this question doesn't really apply.
Breakfast was very good.
great view from hotel.
guy playing the music was good
too far to walk to beach.
Booked online and probably paid too much.
Spa and breakfast were great.
Spa was not included in the hotel booking, surprised to have to pay £35 extra per person. The trifle dessert in the lookout restaurant was not nice and tasted very synthetic. The room temperature was roasting sitting at 26° even during the night which we were unable to change. We put on the fan provided but couldn't sleep with the noise of it. Had no view in room 208 .
Location, outdoor pool, hotel decor, friendly staff, delicious food.
Would have liked tissues and body lotion in room. Most other 4* hotels provide these.
Good location, great views
Getting robbed - having to pay £90 extra to use the spa on top of an expensive 1 night stay, SOME front of house staff very cheeky
The location was stunning, amazing views. Staff were very attentive and polite, food in lookout was delicious.
Would have preferred a buffet breakfast, and food in restaurant was a bit expensive,
The breakfasts were freshly cooked to order. The high tea display of pastries and granola was an elegant touch. Excellent standard of produce.
Prices seemed a lot higher than our previous visit. We were also charged to enter the spa.
Good view
Still work to be done
Best spa/hotel I have ever stayed in.
Staff were brilliant, spa wonderful, restaurant superb. Can't be faulted.
Unable to find anything!
The suite looking onto the sea was warm, cosy, comfortable and had a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. I could have sat there all day just looking at the view……was cleaned impeccably every day.
Breakfast in the style of afternoon tea… just genius.
Staff couldn’t do enough to help, especially as we needed a lot of taxi info for all the trips we were packing in. Thank you so much :)
Also shout out to the reception staff at the spa, so kind and lovely. Thank you :)
Lastly, the cakes……..amazing doesn’t do them justice!
Thanks to all the staff who made our trip so special.
We will be back soon!
Nothing. Ignore the negative reviews. They are so wrong!
