The staff were phenomenal
Not much
The location was beautiful, plenty of spacious parking, staff couldn't do enough for you, the food in the Lookout restaurant was beautiful, hotel interiors were out if thus works & ilI booked a back massage at the spa & I highly recommend it.
Loved everything
Overall the room was beautiful, clean and had everything in it except a little fridge however it was not a problem to bring a bucket of ice back to are room. The scenery was breathtaking from the bar and restaurant the staff from front of house onwards were friendly, attentive and nothing was a problem.
The only criticism is that in are room the shower didn't have enough power even though overall the bathroom was lovely.
The first thing that strikes you is the beautiful view from the hotel property. it looks over an expanse of both countryside and sea. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, very client oriented. The room was very comfortable, with a very good bed and plenty of pillows (a big plus for me!). Immaculately clean bathroom, well appointed. Both the dinner restaurant and the breakfast restaurant served a nice variety of very fresh and well prepared foods. All in all, highly satisfied.
Too much rain, but I guess one can't fault the hotel for that. 😄
The room was beautiful and very clean.
Honestly nothing everything was beautiful from the reception staff to everyone else who came after.
Hotel was located near plenty of things that we wanted to see, very clean, hotel services were excellent
Can't think of anything
Excellent location. Good parking.
Room was very warm even with window open.
The room was nice and we had nice staff greet us at the restaurant and bar.
The spa, currently would not rate it as a spa. The outdoor hot tub was grimey and dirty. We paid an extra £20 each to use the spa as it’s not included in your stay and for its current size and facilities it should be included. I would expect it to be at least clean but the dirt came off the hot tub when touch with our fingers so I did not use it. Awaiting staff to ring me about the spa as the receptionist said she did not have authority to do anything about the complaints upon check out. No call for 5 days now.
Great views, very nice facilities, EV chargers
Nothing!
Fantastic location, great room, really friendly and knowledgeable staff, food was very good
We couldn't charge are evening meal to our room, only a small thing, but a bit strange
Staff were amazing, location was outstanding, food and rooms were exceptional
Considering the price of the stay I feel that the use of the spa should be complementary and not an additional charge
The room, views, bar, food and staff were all fantastic. The staff were exceptional from the reception to the bar to the restaurant.
I understand that the spa area is under renovation but for the use of 1 hot tub and 1 sauna for £20 per person was in my opinion expensive.
Beautiful Hotel with stunning views.
The room was too hot and radiator couldn't be switched off.
Breakfast. Most of the staff but not the receptionist
The receptionist was unfriendly, hostile, and arrogant. She said none of my five rooms would be ready before 3 when I arrived at 130 with 6 family adults and my 14 months old and very tired grandson. She said she would come to the bar before 3 with 1 room. I spent £175 at the bar but she didn’t come. I went to reception at 3:10 pm. I stood beside her and waited for her to finish with the customer she was helping. She finished with that customer and then told me to get the backing the line and that she was too busy. I spent another £450 at dinner.
