Pros:

L' hotel è stupendo. Ho amato la mia camera con una vista stupenda e un bagno meraviglioso. Il personale è gentile e le pulizie molto attente.
La posizione è perfetta . In 30 minuti si arriva a piedi a Myeongdong e la metro è a 2 passi e da li è facilissimo raggiungere tutte le zone da visitare. Colazione abbondante con tutto, sia salato che dolce.
Bar con drink d'autore veramente deliziosi e la pizza è ottima.
La palestra è super attrezzata,non manca niente.

Cons:

La tavoletta del wc che si alza automaticamente si alzava ad ogni rumore ,facendo rumore.
La cena nel ristorante a buffet è carissima (pagato 101€) vero che c'è di tutto e di ottima qualità ma andateci solo se sapete che mangiate davvero tanto o non ne vale la pena secondo me.

We found the hotel most pleasant, the kindness of the staff in particular.
Pros:

We loved the view, both from our room and from the lounge on the 18th floor. We enjoyed the splendid breakfast, there was so much to choose from and everything was fresh and good.

Cons:

The water temperature of the pools. No, way too warm.

Oda manzarasi guzeldi. Oda temizdi ve personeller kibar ve oldukca ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Ortak alanlar ozellikle asansor asiri soguktu. Disaridaki havuzun ve banyodaki urunlerin ucretli olmasi 5 yildizli bir otel icin buyuk sacmalik. Ayrica talebimiz disinda connection room verildi ve yan odadan cok fazla ses geliyordu. Sanirim check in zamani bunu belirtmenizde fayda var. Otelin lokasyonu merkeze yakin sayilir fakat yokus yukari yurumek zorundasiniz. O yuzden surekli otobus ve taksi kullanmak zorunda kaldik.

Really great hotel & great location
Pros:

Great location and near a few different metro lines. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Cons:

Cost of using the outdoor pool (note that the pool is not located on the roof) was roughly 25 Euros per person. The cost to add breakfast to the room rate and food and drinks in the hotel itself were a little bit higher than I expected.

Cons:

There are two pools. The outside pool requires an extra fee and the indoor pool requires a swimming cap. These are not available on site so foreigners should ensure they have one with them, otherwise they can't swim. This was disappointing.
