Pros:

Wir gehen selten zweimal ins gleiche Hotel- hierhin sind wir tatsächlich zurückgekehrt und auch 4 Jahre später waren wir wieder begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir diesmal das SPA - eine bessere Massageliege hatten wir noch nirgends und auch die Massage selbst war hervorragend. Der Service auch sonst ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Zimmer, Ausstattung, alles top.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wäre vielleicht etwas mehr Abwechslung schön (z.B. andere Obstsorten) - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located, with an absolutely stunning view. It was peaceful and ideal for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie. Bardzo dobra obsługa kelnerów w trakcie śniadań, obiadów, kolacji, oraz w grill bar.

Cons:

Wi-FI - bardzo słabe. Praktycznie nie byłam w stanie korzystać z wi-fi. Hotel z 5*L powinien zapewnić swobodny (bez problemów) dostęp do wi-fi i w takiej jakości aby goście swobodnie mogli się przez wi-fi łączyć. Problem dotyczył zarówno obszaru w pokoju, lobby, strefy basenowej jak również plaży. Zatem proszę nastawić się, że w hotelu nie ma zapewnionego wi-fi a wskazywanie przez hotel, że jest wi-fi nie jest prawdziwe, bo praktycznie w 99% czasu nie było możliwości połączenia się z internetem.

Pani Menager hotelu - zdecydowanie do wymiany (!) - to jest uwaga do właściciela hotelu :). Poprosiliśmy o rozmowę z Menager hotelu aby omówić zaistniały problem z pobytem w hotelu a Menager nawet nie raczyła wstać i zrobić 5 kroków i wyjść ze swojego pomieszczenia do Recepcji gdzie my staliśmy i czekaliśmy na rozmowę osobistą z Menager. Menager przekazywała swoje stanowisko w danej sprawie, która chcieliśmy omówić z nią przez pracownika recepcji. Totalne zlekceważenie gości hotelowych.
