استجمام ونظافة ورقي وهدوء ومنظر على بحيرة ريفا ديل غارادا من جهة ليموني لايوصف… الغرفة وااااسعة و اجراءات الدخول والخروج سريعة وفيه ترحيب وهدية وداع .. وعندهم خدمة نقل لمدينة ليموني وعوده… الموظفين رائعين .. وممنوع الاطفال 👏🏻فهدووووووء غير طبيعي يعني تنفصل عن العالم .
عدم وجود مكوى لكن يوجد خدمة كوي في الفندق .. و بصراحة مدير الفندق جاني بنفسه وشرح لي نظامهم وخبرني ان هذا قانون المنطقة عندهم ومب قرار الفندق وذلك بسبب الامن والسلامة .. و للامانة حبيت منه هذي اللفتة لما وصل له خبر ان فيه نزيل متضايق من الموضوع.. ورغم هذا الشي الصغير الا اني احترم قانونهم واحترمتهم اكثر في اهتمامهم بالنزيل

There was nothing to dislike
This hotel is amazing, we will surely be back. First and foremost, the team was super-friendly and helpful all along our stay. Really, I couldn't praise them enough. It was a real treat. Next, the hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spectacular views to the lake. The private beach was also clean and fun. The pool is just the right size and depth, we loved it. All the food in the hotel - and we tried everything from breakfasts to pool bar to the bistro and also the amazing Senso restaurant - was perfect. Senso, specifically, is probably the best 1-star restaurant we've ever dined in. Lastly, the little treats along the way, like the daily marmalade and the departure gift - were highly appreciated. Highly recommended.
We found it odd that breakfast had some dishes with an extra charge - not something we experienced in other hotels of this caliber; and when we ordered them we expected to get a significant improvement over the "normal" dishes, but they were nothing of the sorts, so we stopped ordering them. Just to be clear, you don't need these to fully enjoy breakfast, which is rich and varied.
