Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Guatapé. Al lado del centro, pero en el malecón.
Las vistas preciosas al embalse desde la habitación.
La amabilidad del personal.
Es muy confortable, habitaciones espaciosas, limpieza, comodidad de la cama...
Nos permitieron guardar el equipaje fuera del horario del check-out.

Pros:

Hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Lage ist super und es war sehr sauber. Waren für eine Nacht da, Checkout um 13 Uhr ist super wenn man am Morgen noch zum Rock gehen möchte.

Cons:

La chambre était sans fenêtre extérieur, sans aération et avec un bruit du moteur de la hotte du restaurant en dessous jusqu'à 22h. Un petit ventilateur qui ne ventilait rien et faisait juste du bruit. Pour le bruit du moteur j en ai parlé à 2 reprises au personnel qui n en avait rien à faire

Todo muy limpio

Cons:

Como está ubicado el hotel recibe todo el sol, por ende cuando hace mucho calor la habitación se vuelve un sauna tanto de día como de noche. Por ende llegar de la calle en un sol fuerte, no vas a llegar a descansar si no a sentir más calor.

Todo esto porque no tienen aire acondicionado.

La relación calidad - precio nos sorprendió. Su ubicación es ideal. El personal fue muy amable, atento y muy dispuesto a servir. La habitación cómoda, muy amplia. Nuestra estancia fue mejor de lo que esperábamos.
