Place is so good location for visit taal volcano and hotel did help to find day tour with reasonable prices. Hotels is across Bag of beans and Starbucks cafe both are over looking Taal volcano. Stunning.
Swimming pool is nice a bit to cold but understandable as it's not much sun when we are there. I like the family room with 3 big Queen beds.
Need to be improve, we have family room 118 with 3 big Queen beds but only 1 night stand, no hair dryer. And breakfast is too simple, food is cold and very early 6am-9am for the price we paid it's a bit expensive to missed out hair dryer and more night stand. No bottle water supply but we can ask for a jug. Swimming pool close to quickly.
Pool experience was nice, my kid enjoyed so much.
The hotel is close to Tagaytay’s main attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful, with rooms just steps away from the pool and jacuzzi. The included breakfast buffet was generous and satisfying, offering a mix of Filipino favorites alongside a few continental choices.
The sliding doors for both the closet and bathroom tended to bind and get stuck, which could be difficult for elderly guests to open or close. I reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately no one came to address it during my stay.
The room has a beautiful modern rustic vibe — spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. I love the wall décor and the comfortable bed, and the private balcony is such a nice touch. The room also has easy access to the pool area, which makes the stay even more relaxing. The free breakfast is pretty decent too, especially since it’s a buffet.
The bathroom is quite spacious, but I did notice a small water leakage in the toilet area. It didn’t affect the stay too much, but it’s something worth checking. I also observed that the room rate was higher at the time I booked compared to the current and upcoming prices. Other than that, everything was perfect and I really enjoyed the stay.
Rooms and pool are clean.
Rooms are spacious.

Staff were accommodating and very friendly. Kids love the pool
Stay away from this hotel.
I was on vacation from Norway with my niece and her boyfriend from the U.S. We experienced a power outage at home, so we decided to stay at a budget hotel and chosed this place.
When we used the bathroom, we noticed there were only small bar soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Since it was a budget hotel, we thought that was normal, so we even bought our own hand soap at the mall.
However, during checkout, we were suddenly accused of stealing a soap dispenser from the room. We explained that we had never seen any soap dispenser at all, but they refused to believe us. They charged us 500 pesos for it.
What would we even do with a soap dispenser?
We were in a hurry and had important things to attend to, so we didn’t want to waste more time arguing after already explaining our side. In the end, we just paid.
It’s not about the money — it’s about being falsely accused of stealing. It was a very unpleasant experience. I don’t know if this is some kind of scam or modus, but it definitely left a bad impression.
Everything.
None.
