Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! Very clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. If I was to ever come back to tagatay I would stay here.

Cons:

The shower took a little while to drain and would flood a little. But that was the only issue which I’m sure can be fixed.

Perfect for family gathering

Pros:

The place was a nice change to the usual hotels with multiple floors, it was really good for vacation stays

Cons:

Some stuff were old or broken, some of the hangers were broken, the bedsheet had small tears, and the shower heater took awhile to get hot

We were charged small amount for a missing spoon which was not there since we arrived. Slippers also not available in one room. Perhaps hotel can check prior to guest’s arrival

An overall nice vacation in a comfortable hotel
Pros:

Hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and Ayala Serin. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and questions. We love the Chinese restaurant at the hotel. Also love the discounts given for the spa and restaurant.

Cons:

Some of my friends complained that the water in bathroom was not hot enough. Also, during our spa session, people were making use of the play area, which was right next to the spa room. While there was music playing to help us relax, we could still people talking and screaming outside.

C’était trop humide à l’intérieur des chambres, il y avait des champignons et un odeur insupportable dans les toilettes. J’ai payé pour quatre nuits, je suis resté une nuit et j’ai fui aucun remboursement. après nous, on était au rez-de-chaussée, peut-être dans les étages c’était mieux mais aucune idée.
