Perfect for our short stay.
Pros:

Booked room only. Free parking available across the road from the hotel.
Spacious room and bathroom. Tastefully decorated with beautifull old floor boards.
Very comfortable bed. Bedside sockets. Quiet in spite of its location on the main road of the village.
Good personalised communication from host.

Superb French Cuisine and Excellent Staff
Pros:

The hotel was a little quirky in some ways, but good - and the staff and the food were both excellent, especially the evening meal which was prepared and served to a very high standard.

No hot water for 2 days so we had to take cold shower , also the phone in our room was not working , so it was a bit disappointing really .

A perfect overnight stop with a superb restaurant.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not have breakfast but had dinner in the restaurant which was superb.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Perfect for an overnight stop.

Cons:

It would have been useful to have had details about where to park ahead of arrival.
