Un soggiorno piacevole e senza sorprese negative, con un'ottima colazione, una posizione comodissima

Hotel in posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal centro di Fabriano. La struttura non è modernissima ma nel complesso è risultata pulita, confortevole e perfettamente in linea con le nostre aspettative. La colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: abbondante, varia e davvero buona. Abbiamo scelto l'hotel come base per visitare le Grotte di Frasassi e ne abbiamo approfittato per scoprire anche Fabriano, che si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa. Un'ulteriore nota molto positiva riguarda l'attenzione al cliente: il giorno dopo la partenza siamo stati contattati perché avevamo dimenticato lo zainetto della nostra bambina. Lo avevano messo da parte e, su nostra richiesta, si sono resi disponibili a spedirlo tramite un corriere che abbiamo inviato a nostre spese. Un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato molto e che dimostra grande disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Cons:

La struttura e gli arredi sono un po' datati e avrebbero probabilmente bisogno di un ammodernamento, ma è un aspetto che non ha compromesso il comfort del soggiorno.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente, letti comodi, posizione della struttura perfetta per visitare Fabriano a piedi, parcheggio interno spazioso, veramente un ottima scelta per il rapporto qualità/prezzo!
