Un buen hotel, bien situado, confortable y con un equipo excelente en recepción.
Pros:

Muy buena atención en recepción. La decoración del Hotel es insólita y divertida. Que el cliente se pueda servir, gratuitamente, agua fría en cualquier momento, bastando con salir al pasillo y utilizar la máquina allí instalada, es una idea sencilla pero importante. Aumenta el confort.

Cons:

Creo que el precio de la habitación por día de estancia es elevado.

Ergonomic luxury in a great location.
Pros:

21st century ergonomic room design. One of the best designed rooms I have ever stayed in. Also liked the on-site coin up laundry so I don't have to pay 2 euros to get a pair of socks washed. Great location between bus station and the old town. Great for people travelling via public transportation.

Cons:

Fresh fruit selection for breakfast has room for improvement.

Posizione eccellente e camere spaziose, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo non convince
Pros:

Ho potuto apprezzare alcuni aspetti molto positivi, bilanciati però da diverse criticità legate al comfort e alla gestione complessiva che non rispecchiano pienamente gli standard di un 4 stelle, soprattutto a fronte di una spesa di 260 euro per una quadrupla senza colazione.
I punti di forza della struttura sono indubbiamente lo staff, estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile a venire incontro a ogni esigenza, e la posizione strategica a pochissimi metri dal centro storico, che permette di muoversi comodamente a piedi. Inoltre, la camera quadrupla era davvero molto ampia e spaziosa, caratterizzata da una splendida vista sia sulla città che sui monti circostanti.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione della porta d'ingresso è praticamente inesistente, tanto che il passaggio degli altri ospiti vicino all'ascensore si ripercuoteva in camera disturbando il riposo. A questo si aggiunge il letto a castello, ricavato da un divanetto trasformabile, che risultava poco stabile e non adeguatamente bloccato, sollevando dubbi sulla sicurezza. Nel complesso si tratta di un hotel con un grande potenziale grazie alla posizione e alle metrature generose, ma che non vale il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
