The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. The location for us was perfect. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good. I liked the fact that there was a hot food menu for breakfast rather than a hot buffet. There was a good choice for the cold breakfast buffet too. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel car park a small walk away and not secure. Window had to be closed due to noise outside.

Very nice hotel, clean with good facilities and friendly staff.
Be warned the owners have not invested in aircon. The rooms on the second floor were incredibly hot during June, taking hours to sleep. It may not affect you but you’ve been warned!
The pool, aerobics class, massage treatment 👌 food was excellent 👌 loved the cup in the room. A decent cuppa.
I have no complaint
A glass accidentally fell and smashed, i went to the bar staff and explained, asked for some tissue to clear it up to which he replied "what kind of tissue". I hadn't even answered yet and he just gave me bar napkins. He stood there (not busy) and watched me, on my hands and knees clear it up picking the small bits from the carpet. No offer to help, I had my 9 month old baby with me.
Ordered a standard Caesar salad from the other bar, and paid the extra €5 for the chicken. 3 (tiny) slices of deli chicken had been added- ice cold what felt like, from a freezer 😕
Pool area had a fair bit of mould and mildew. Left quite quick as i didn't feel comfortable having my baby around it.
Very different experience this stay! Have been and stayed here many times over the years...

A bit noisy, in the early hrs of the morning
Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren haben wir auch dort gegessen und auch das war gut. Das Frühstück wird teilweise serviert und war sehr gut. Das Personal war ebenfalls super freundlich
Das Hotel hat auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz nur ein paar Meter hinter dem Hotel.
