Très mauvais accueil par le réceptionniste de nuit Léo qui ne voulait pas nous donner de chambre standard pour 1 adulte et mon fils mais qu’une très grande chambre très cher ! Il s’est trompé de plus dans la catégorie de chambre et nous a donné une chambre petite inférieure alors qu’il y avait de la place et que je suis Client depuis 20 ans !

Die Ausstattung die klima funktioniert nicht alle Sachen in Zimmer waren defekt und anscheinend hatten das mehrere Leute schon in den Rezensionen geschrieben nur interessiert sich keiner dafür die Garage ist überteuert.. anscheinend ist es so gedacht dass man das Fahrzeug vor Hotel lässt und dann das es jemand von Personal abholt und es in der Garage bringt nur das Problem ist wenn vor dem Hotel keine Möglichkeit gibt stehen zu bleiben dann bleibt man auf die Straße stehen keiner kommt von Hotel zu Auto und man muss jemanden holen dann ist das Ganze eher gestresst als entspannt mit fünf Sterne hat das Hotel nichts zu tun außer der Eingang und vielleicht das Restaurant wobei teilweise die Kinder sehr gut sind und teilweise schrecklich es gibt kein Ende was daran alles schlecht ist

Air Conditioning Cannot Handle Heat
Pros:

We stayed two nights in June during heat wave. Best thing about this hotel is location. Near to Cathedral. Central. Beyond that, it is difficult to understand a five-star rating. Rooms are somewhat outdated. Air conditioning did not cool room during heat wave. Bath with shower combo unsafe for many guests. No grab bar at all to enter and exit deep tub. Two elevators which hold only four persons. One was out of order during our stay. Brasserie understaffed and getting a cup of coffee in the morning was not simple. Cleanliness mixed.
Rooms have minibar, not fridge space. Credit card deposit required for “bar” to be unlocked. No space for anything guest might wish to refrigerate.
