Pros:

とにかく清潔感あり明るく綺麗な部屋でした。

Cons:

駅から近い入り口から入れず、HOTELの正面まで回らないと出入り出来ないので、ひどく遠く感じた。
駅とのシャトルバスが9時〜なので遅くとも7時半〜位にして欲しい。活動が遅くなるので使えず、歩いて駅まで行った。

Hotel is huge. Breakfast saloon is always too crowded and stressful. Needed to wait 5 min to get a coffee.
Furniture in the room were old. Need renovation.

Lovely helpful staff but really didn’t enjoy a true Japanese experience
Pros:

Very helpful and efficient staff

Cons:

Bedding - slippy covers mean the quilt diapered down the bed. Shutters didn’t keep light out in morning. Restaurants expensive and charged for service even when it was self service

Świetnie wysprzątany obiekt

Cons:

Godziny otwarcia basenu są bez sensu i na dodatek są płatne Bus który jeździ do stacji stacji działa na jakiś zaskakujących warunkach ponieważ nie wpuszczono mnie do autobusu który podjechał w którym było zajętych 20% miejsc i nie mogłem jechać tym busem tylko musiałem odczekać swoje w poczekalni żeby jechać kolejnym jakiś obłęd i nonsens

Avoid this hotel
Pros:

This hotel is full of large tour groups and coach parties. Few staff speak English. Long lines for breakfast and for coffee machines. Most breakfast dishes not labelled. Difficult to know what you’re eating. There are better hotels at lower prices. You even have to pay extra for gym and swimming pool. But staff are lovely as everywhere in Japan. Just bad management. I would never return to this hotel.

An amazing and luxurious stay, with great service and comfort provided. Location is perfect and very convenient.
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely lovely and luxurious. Clean beds spacious rooms and overall comfortable. Location is perfect only about 5-10 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff were amazing, helpful and so efficient, helped us with our luggage transfers to Tokyo which was smoothly completed.
