The swimming pool and the fitness gym are open everyday on 8:00am~11:00am / 13:30 - 21:00 (last entry 19:00).
Pool usage fee: 3,300 yen per adult, 1,650 yen per child (ages 3-12)
Please note that maintenance work of the swimming pool and the fitness gym will be carried out from 1st June 2026 to 4th June 2026.

部屋の広さと調度
このクラスのホテルならブラシか櫛は備えてると思いましたが、なかったので手ぐしで済ませました。最近は多少ぼさぼさのヘアーでもみっともなくはないのでしょうがやはり櫛でとかしたかったです。また駅へのシャトルバスに乗ろうと思ったら発車したところでまだ構内にいたのに乗せてもらえませんでした。フロントには時間を聞いてすぐ降りますといって降りたところだったので残念でした。

The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. The yukata robes were wonderfully comfy. I enjoyed the spectacular view from their restaurant Top of Kyoto while feasting on their exceptional continental breakfast. Their buffet spread in the regular dining hall was expansive and unhurried. The room service was prompt and the portions were large. The staff that I had interacted with were unfailingly lovely and professional. The complimentary bus service to Kyoto station was thoughtful. I wish I had more time and could stay longer.
It’s no fault of the hotel but the other guests in my wing were a little too exuberant; perhaps they were overjoyed by their visit to Kyoto and could not contain themselves, but it amounted to more noise than I wished to encounter while resting.
I had a pleasant stay overall and found the service to be good. However, I felt that the photos on the booking site made the hotel appear more modern than it is in reality. The rooms, particularly on the Premium Floor, felt a little dated compared to my expectations. In addition, the TV only offered Japanese channels, with no access to streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix, which was somewhat surprising for a premium room category. Updating the photos and room information to better reflect the current condition and amenities would help set more accurate expectations for guests.

The hotel has a shuttle bus link between the main station and hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a slight japanese style. Breakfast was good and a choice of buffet or fixed menu. I found the bar was very comfortable. All the staff were really helpful.
No items were allowed to be added to the room charge. Lighting level in the reception and corridors quite low.
It was all okay
25 minute queue to check in. Charges for breakfast we don’t eat and stupid voucher system. Executive floor was meaningless as lounge shut and was soulless. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Fails to mention hotel is directly above 5 train tracks
Hotel bine pozitionat, aproape de gara si transportul in comun. Marimea camerei buna, as recomanda un update la accesoriile de baie si poate o priza USB avand in vedere ca este un hotel de 5 stele.

The location was excellent and the hotel comfortable.
Breakfast and meals at the hotel were too expensive and the use of facilities was charged separately, which was also too expensive.
Centrally located just 10/15 minutes from Kyoto station, which has numerous restaurants and shopping. Close to some beautiful Shrines and easy transport links.
Hotel bar a bit soulless, which could be due to the overwhelming amount of Indian tourists.
