Stayed executive floor but nothing was special, shouldn’t choose it.
I always choose executive floor but this was absolutely nothing special. No executive lounge, no special breakfast, just nothing special.
I will never stay here.

Cons:

Si je choisis un hotel avec piscine en le comparant à d'autres, je ne devrais pas découvrir en arrivant que je dois payer un fee pour chaque utilisation de la piscine et du gym.
Pour moi si vous listez piscine et gym c'est free of charge.
S'il y a un fee, alors c'est un autre filtre, piscine et gym avec fee.
Sinon c'est trompeur.

Pros:

ロケーションと設備は素晴らしいです。スタッフの方も一生懸命頑張ってました。シャトルバスがメインステーションとの間を巡回しているのもポイント高いですね。

Cons:

チェックインが混雑して30分ぐらい並びました。たまたまかもしれませんが、京都はビジネスには不向きですね。お客さんもほぼ観光をメインという感じで、他のリーガとは違う雰囲気です。

Pros:

Staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great - two options - ground floor and top floor. We chose the executive floor with pool access and the complimentary drink each night was a nice surprise. Our room was a little small (standard twin) but great city view and the bullet trains. Laura Ashley toileteries was a nice touch. Loved Kyoto!

Room size and lack of storage for luggage and clothes. Bathroom a little dated.
