Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. The breakfast was included in our accommodation and was delicious with a great variety of options. The reservation and lobby staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. We were also delighted that our two rooms were interconnected, which made our family stay much more comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Shaima for her kindness and for arranging a complimentary birthday cake for my child—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Rania and Ms. Radhwa for their warm hospitality and for generously offering us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning again in the future.

The only suggestion I would make is to make better use of the hotel's spacious areas by adding a dedicated recreation room with activities such as table tennis, billiards, bowling, and other family-friendly games. This would provide more entertainment options, especially for ladies, girls, and families, making the stay even more enjoyable.

اعجبني طاقم العمل والنظافه والتنسيق العام والمسبح والكافيهات المطله على الحدائق الجميله..كما اتقدم بالشكر الى الاستاذه رانيا في قسم علاقات النزلاء.. الاستاذ علي من قسم الاستقبال حيث كان التعامل الراقي والذوق الرفيع في مستوى الخدمه اللي تقدمت لينا اثناء الاقامه
