A complete disaster from start to finish: we paid for a Mövenpick and got a dirty room, stained shee
Pros:

Nothing. This hotel is listed as a 5-star property, and we were honestly shocked by what we found. Even the pool view couldn’t save this stay, and on top of everything, it smelled bad everywhere. We were hoping to find at least one positive thing to mention, and we really couldn’t.

Cons:

Everything. Booking shows this hotel as 5 stars, but what we got felt like a joke. There was dust everywhere, and the floor was so oily you could literally see other people’s footprints. There was dust all over the walls above the bed. The sheets had yellow stains, which is unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a hotel carrying the Mövenpick name. There weren’t even slippers, and breakfast was just as bad. We complained to reception and then to the manager, and nobody did anything. We ended up packing our bags and paying for another hotel. We took photos of all of it.

Sehr schöne Anlage am äußersten Rand von Kairo.
Pros:

Es ist eine tolle Anlage. Sehr gepflegt und idyllisch angelegt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Man hat sich sicher gefühlt.
Für Kinder gibt es einige Wasserrutschen und einen Spielplatz.

Cons:

Die Vierbettzimmer sind für vier Personen nicht geeignet. Dies betrifft insbesondere die zu schmalen Betten. Das Zustellbett war sehr nicht komfortabel. Wir mussten das harte Untergestell mit einem doppelt gelegten „Federbett“ abpolstern. Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten Badesachen zu trocknen. Auf der Terrasse gab es nur zwei Stühle, obwohl wir drei Personen waren. Zudem waren die Stühle aufgrund des Sandes immer schmutzig und das Material ungeeignet es abzuwischen.

Tökéletes választás, ha a Piramisokhoz és a GEM-be szeretnél látogatni.
Pros:

Rendkívül kedves személyzet. Minden nap kaptunk ásványvizet a szobánkba. Gyönyörű rendezett kert és medencék. Bőséges ételválaszték. Kényelmes ágyak. Nagyon közel van a Piramisokhoz, a GEM-hez és a Sphinx reptérhez.

Nem volt ilyen.

Pros:

Großzügige Zimmer, alles sehr entspannt und ruhig, super freundliches Personal, chocolate hour, leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Morgens dauerte es manchmal bisschen, bis man Kaffee etc bekam und der Teppich im Zimmer brauchte mal einen Staubsauger. Nach einem kleinen Hinweis aber sofort umgesetzt und auch nachgefragt, ob jetzt alles passt. Super

Prima hotel voor een nacht. Bedden zijn goed. Eten is heerlijk! Wifi is prima. Mega vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kamer was niet helemaal schoon en de bedden waren in het begin wat klam. Douche werd steeds van warm naar koud en dan weer heet.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for approximately one week, and I can confidently say that what made my experience truly special was the outstanding hospitality and genuine kindness of the staff.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. The entire team deserves sincere appreciation for their professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to making every guest feel at home.

A very special thank you to the wonderful front desk team , Rawan, Momen, and Mohammed. Their warm smiles, positive attitudes, exceptional professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a remarkable difference throughout my stay. They are truly an asset to the hotel and a perfect example of what excellent hospitality should be.

Great hotels are not defined only by their facilities, but by the people who make guests feel welcome and appreciated. This team certainly understands that.

Pros:

Amazing facilities. A bit old water slides and playground but overall an amazing hotel. Nice breakfast and dinner with plenty of options. Amazing rooms and comfy beds. If you have young kids choose a room at a cluster further from the main building as it has live music every night and you can hear it from the room. Which was not bad though. Quite far from the centre of Cairo as traffic plays a big role.

L'hôtel est très beau, confortable, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du repas du soir étaient bons et variés.... Mais voir les remarques négatives

Cons:

Température de la piscine vraiment trop fraiche.
Pour un cinq étoiles, il y avait plusieurs choses qui n'étaient pas au niveau...:
Télécommande de la TV ne fonctionnant pas correctement
il n'y avait pas de brosse pour les toilettes
La gestion des nombreuses lampes de la chambre était compliqué.
il manquait un peu de personnel pour servir ou remplir le buffet lors des repas.
