Pros:

The garden

Cons:

We booked for 4 people and had only 3 beds.
We are not allowed to eat outside because off the wind 5 min later other people did eat outside

The transport to the hotel is a ripp off. 100 dollar with uber 5 dollar.

the staff was really friendly.

Cons:

the spa needs renovation. I couldn't use the jacuzzi,steam nor sauna room. the tv doesn't work and has no wifi nor cable and no technical response. the bathroom was dark since few bulbs missing.

The pool, and the room was super cosy and new

Cons:

Even with a Half Board package, guests are required to pay separately for water during breakfast and dinner. This did not make sense to me, as water is a basic necessity and should be included as part of the meal service, especially during buffet breakfast and dinner.

The hotel was very crowded, and there appeared to be a lack of supervision and management of the staff, particularly around the pool area on Friday. There was a banana peel left beside the pool for most of the day without being removed, creating a safety hazard. A young girl slipped and was injured, yet no staff member checked on her or cleaned the blood from the floor promptly. Service during dinner was also disappointing, as requests often had to be repeated multiple times before any action was taken.

Overall the staff made us feel very welcome and were very receptive to our every whim and need.
Pros:

Breakfast was as usual above par, in fact the food in general was exceptional and I would recommend the grilled salmon with lemon butter sauce. The hotel has spacious gardens and two pool areas; the primary pool is geared more towards children with its mini waterpark, while the second pool area allows those who want a quieter atmosphere to have their own secluded area.

Cons:

I could not fault them for anything and was very impressed by their ability cater for the diversity of guests that had booked, and the rather high occupancy due to the fact that it was a public holiday week (Eid el adha).

Do not book this hotel. Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Quite simply the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My room was infested with mosquitos and after being bitten about thirty times, many on my face, I am still unwell a fortnight later and had to spend yesterday afternoon in hospital. The hotel have not taken accountability and have tried to cover it up.

Cons:

Having a mosquito infested room wasn't an extra I requested. By the time they fumigated my room and then moved me to another room it was too late and the damage had been done. This completely ruined my trip and my health is still suffering as a consequence. I wish there was a negative score as 1 is extremely generous.

The hotel left this response yet still haven't been in touch. Check other platform reviews such as Trust Pilot to see authentic reviews of this hotel before booking.

Pros:

The stay was good, the food taste was very pleasant ant tasty.

Cons:

The staff at the pool was really unhelpful, the guards of the pool most of the time are not standing and only 2 guard for all the pool and the aqua.

Fantastic holiday days
Pros:

The pools, landscapes, reception and of course the great breakfast. The staff specially Rawan at the front disk , Bassant and Mariam were so friendly and helpful.
