This was a very disappointing experience, and the hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, two single beds had been pushed together leaving an uncomfortable gap, and there was no working light. When I raised these issues, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude, including when requesting a £100 deposit. I checked out after only two hours, found alternative accommodation, and would neither recommend this hotel nor stay there again.

Very noisy with road noise and poor maintenance of the room. Also not too happy with the £100 charge on checking in for potential damages, a refund to be made at a later date. Really…. You have my booking details!
Large bed , hot warer , plenty of parking
Breakfast is so bad. I came down 0830 and it was finished. Only cereals left. I checked out same day.
It was clean and staff very nice
The hotel was not full by any means and they put us in a room by the main road very noisy all night I should have asked for a change and that was my own fault. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as we were asked what we wanted and we got a full English anyway
Clean room and comfortable beds
Building resembles a block of flats, not welcoming at all. Instant regret as soon as pulled into car park.
Lack of staff - only seen one staff member. This was an issue when trying to order from bar and staff member was busy on a personal phone call in the office which we was able to hear the full conversation.
All products lacked quality - tea, coffee, breakfast items. High price, low standard.
Room and corridors smelled old and damp.
The extra £100 refundable deposit was a joke, even though we had no issues with the return of the deposit.
Maybe if the price was alot lower then I would say you get what you pay for but unfortunately this isn't the case. Shame really when premier inn across the road offering better standard.
I have cancelled my room for March next year which I had pre booked... now booked premier inn
