Overall pleasant stay and staff very pleasant.
Pros:

The whole experience!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! I booked this property on the same day and a hour before I was supposed to set off my dad was in a fatal accident I emailed them to try either cancel or re-book for another day and was told it wasn't possible and would still be charged, bearing in mind I'd only booked it a few hours beforehand!!! So in the end I ended up gifting my 2 rooms up to some randomers on facbook rather than them go to waste whilst I sat with my dad

Pros:

Lego festival was great and that the little restaurant was open doing butties again...Finally!! Best bacon and egg around!

Nice large bathroom and a lovely sea view

Cons:

Confused with parking, i tried to pay but it wouldnt let me, then found out we pay in the Hotel.
Room was very cold and the window would not shut.

Beautiful old building and should be worth a lot more once it has a bit of an update on beds and building.
Pros:

Loved the location, it had a lot of bonuses with the cafe, cinema room as well as other facilities and I do love the old building.

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable, i could feel the springs protruding and the room could have benefitted from a deep clean and dust.

The entertainment is fantastic

Cons:

How dirty it is i have allergies to dust and suffered really bad while staying here. I dont understand the hotel itself as so much potential and could thrive if they put some attention to it, needs new beds new carpets new everything to be honest.

Had no id and was refused entry for 3 rooms with a13 old girls at 11 pm
Pros:

Not a thing.

Cons:

Checking inn and refusal of entry due to not having I.D forwich it was no stated when booking, despite having stayed numerous times prior without the need to provide I.D at 23:00 whilst having a teenage girl who was included in the booking of 2 twin rooms and a double.

Pros:

They have really cleaned the place up since last stay ..all nice and fresh .

Cons:

They didnt tell us that they change dinner time ..friday was 7.15 we could go ..went at 6.52 saturday evening ..no dinner shuts at 7 ..we really should have been informed .
