According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.
When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Principalmente a área da piscina infantil, que conta com um barzinho pra gente enquanto ficamos de olho em nossas crianças, o rapaz q atende o bar, o "Sr José Carlos " é muito atencioso e super educado, tipo que a todo momento estava nas mesas nos dando atenção.

O hotel é espetacular
Não ter transalado para praia e poucas informações sobre onde curti-las perto do hotel, visto que a praia de Itapuã há 500m dele, é pouco segura.
Hotel com infraestrutura excelente. Ambientes confortáveis, bonitos e muito bem preservados. Café da manhã supera expectativas: muitas variedades de sucos, frutas, bebidas quentes e alimentos em geral. O buffet servido à noite é completo de tudo, comidas muito finas e bem preparadas. Equipe do hotel prestativa e cortês com os hospedes. Realmente é um lugar que deixa vontade de retornar, eu e minha esposa gostamos bastante.
Área externa incrível, com muita natureza, instalações confortáveis e acesso à equipe sempre que necessário. Quartos confortáveis e com vista incrível do mar e da natureza do ambiente.
Senti falta de uma chaleira elétrica no quarto, e acho que o cardápio do serviço de quarto pode ser ampliado para trazer mais variação a hóspedes que ficam por mais dias.
