According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.

When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Personal muy atento, buen desayuno. El hotel es antiguo pero muy bien mantenido.
Espacios de esparcimiento al exterior variados. Piscina de niños y familiar, canchas de voley playa y tenis.
Fuimos en familia de vacaciones a Salvador y fue un buen lugar para descansar entre los tours; aunque parece más ejecutivo que vacacional.

Cons:

Estaba en trabajos de renovación en el 1er piso; no fue incómodo, salvo que para salir a la piscina y exteriores había que pasar por el comedor del restaurante... en todo caso, nos encantaría volver para ver como queda con los nuevos espacios terminados.
Está alejado del centro histórico y zona de tours clásicos de la ciudad.

Cons:

Para o preço que cobram a diária os lençóis poderiam ter uma qualidade melhor e achei abusivo cobrar R$ 7,50 em uma garrafinha de água mineral, sendo que a diária custou quase R$ 1.000,00!!
