Lovely venue, great rooms
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and bed was great. The character of the hotel was exactly what we expected, just lovely. We were lucky to enough to get a room overlooking the manicured garden and fountain.

Cons:

The restaurant staff were not the best, more training on how to be in hospitality might be useful.

Great stay in beautiful hotel, close to Stratford Upon Avon.
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Room was lovely with everything you need. Food in the restataunt was first class.

Niet echt iets dat niet goed was - de spa is wel beperkt (sauna stoombad en zwembad) en is wat gedateerd.

A great place to stay: comfortable and in lovely grounds
Pros:

They gave us an accessible room, as requested.
The menu for breakfast - and for dinner - was limited but delicious and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The check-in was poor: based on a US system that could not cope with my (straight- forward) name (Mary Angela Logan). They found my booking after 5+ minutes, which was a relief as I also booked rooms for members of my family for a special occasion.
