Emplacement pratique avec métro, bus et gare proche

Personnel sympathique

Cons:

-Petit déjeuner aléatoire : a 7h tout n'est pas disponible, a 8h, il ne reste plus de choix, il faut attendre longtemps pour le réachalandage !
- Produits de toilettes : gel et shampoing données 1 tube a partager pour 2 personnes !!! Minable pour un 4*.
- pas de glaçons disponibles, ni eau fraîche a disposition

The staff were all helpful and accommodating. Great customer service.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were extremely disappointing. The mattress had a significant dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows were so hard they felt more like bricks than proper hotel pillows.

The coffee and tea facilities were also far below the standard expected, with flimsy plastic and paper cups that felt cheap and inadequate.

Overall, the room felt much closer to a 2-star standard than a 4-star stay. The lack of basic comfort and attention to detail was a real let-down and did not reflect the rating advertised.

Nice rooms, great location if traveling by train
Pros:

Loved how close to the train station it was and to restaurants.
The room was very nice, dark and there was climate control.

Cons:

Room ls were small - good for just a couple for a night or two though
