We had a pleasant stay and would gladly return to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is ideal for short stays, thanks to its proximity to the bus station and just a few minutes’ walk from the vaporetto stops. Furthermore, the main attractions, such as il Ponte di Rialto, are within walking distance. There are also lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and especially in the evening, it’s pleasant to have a good pizza or last drink right next to the hotel. The room was very bright, clean and quit with a nice garden view. Breakfast includes both sweet and savory options; I particularly enjoyed the wholemeal croissants with honey. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Cons:

The bathroom was very clean and had a window, but unfortunately the toilet was too close to the bathtub, which made it uncomfortable. The concierge offered us other rooms with more spacious bathroom, but we decided not to switch because ours was really bright, quiet and had a beautiful view.

5* for this lovely hotel and its staff
Pros:

Great location, clean, welcoming staff, good facilities, 24h checkin, luggage storage, delicious breakfast (you can sit in the beautiful garden) and quiet all in all.

Very helpful staff who spoke English well and made us feel very welcome.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. Would have liked a larger room
Was very expensive for a one night stay. Lovely area for walking around. Staff at front desk very helpful and took time to answer all our questions and help us get registered with a pass code for the water taxi.

Cons:

Room could have been larger. Staying in Venice for 2 nights before boarding our barge may have been even better to relax after jet lag. The room was also quite pricey.

Such an easy stay. Close to the train station and 30 minutes walk from basilica. Lots of shopping and great restaurants

Nice, spacious, and great price.
Pros:

It was located close to train station, water buses, bars that are open late, held bags after checkout, free breakfast, balcony yes is, and it was a great price.

Cons:

We couldn’t use an iron but that’s normal due to fire codes.
