A Hint of luxury
Pros:

We've stayed in Venice many times and this hotel is one we really like. Good location for our needs, very comfortable room, very nice breakfast, clean and a hint of luxury about it.

Cons:

Not much to complain about but curious why the city tax was €4.50 per night per person when on our first night in Venice at a different hotel it was €2 plus why is city tax always asked for in cash, surely having a separate account for guests to pay by card into would be much easier for both guests and the hotel to ensure the money ends up where it should.

Great location for a quick Venice stopover
Pros:

Location, easy check in, bed comfort

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean but mostly because of how old it is - there were also a few long black hairs in the bathtub that weren’t ours (bit gross) but probably the cleaners (I hope)

L'emplacement près de la gare et du centre.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

C'est un 4 étoiles. Pourtant beaucoup de carreaux cassés dans la salle de bain. Il correspond plutôt à un 2 étoiles
Chambre vieillotte, à rafraichir.

Old outdated hotel with very demaged furniture. Location is its value but that is it.
Pros:

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast was ok but staff was mostly unpolite.

Cons:

The hotel is old and completely ready for renovation. My room had ruined walls and old smelly wardrobe that could not be used because they stored things inside. The toilet had rust on device below the window. Really bad experience.

Отремонтируйте пожалуйста санузел!
Pros:

Очень удачное расположение, близость к вокзалу. Хороший отель и номер. Приветливый персонал. Потрясающий завтрак!!!! Просто великолепный!!! Есть все!!! Разнообразие фруктов ( ананас, киви, дыня, яблоки)

Cons:

Не понравился санузел. Была сломана перегородка и из за этого вся вода текла на пол. Течет лейка.

La ubicación es perfecta para quienes llegan en tren a Venecia!
Esta cerca de uno de los 4 puentes que cruzan el Gran Canal y a 10 minutos caminando de Piazza San Marco, Puente Rialto, etc.

El desayuno es para destacar, muy completo y con un horario amplio (de 7 a 10:30.hrs)

Cons:

Staff was a little impatient with my questions. The room was about as big as a postage stamp. No place to put two suitcases. The bathroom door opened to the front door. Plastic cups -come on really.
