Я опаздывала в аэропорт, при выселении задержали меня на пол часа, потому что хотели обиануть и вытащить с меня деньги.
Cons:

Пытались обмануть на деньги, мы при заселении заплатили, но при выезде заявили что наша оплата не прошла и требовали заново заплатить 1700€, не хотели показывать отмену об оплате, я со своего банка показала чек и после они сказали что мы их не верно поняли, хотя не однократно они убежали что бы я заплатила заново, еще посчитали деньги за завтрак, хотя я вообще не спускалась на завтрак. В номере не работал вайфай. Персонал очень грубый.

Great location
Pros:

Location ideal next to Cathedral and Train Station. Breakfast was very good though I did wait 30 mins for an order of eggs as it was forgotten about.

Room was fine - the hotel is old though and this is reflected in the room. Mini bar (drinks only) were included in room price. There was no kettle.

Free drink voucher for bar offered if you opt out of daily cleaning - this includes a free cocktail.

Cons:

WiFi whilst fast in the communal areas was completely unusable in the room - presumably due to thickness of walls. I had to tether from phone which added to costs. The staff did offer me a mobile hotspot but this didn’t work either.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ideal gelegen neben dem Dom. Superbequemes, grosses Bett, schönes, grosses Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Zu empfehlen, aber mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Der Service ist durchgehend hervorragend, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und wirklich hilfsbereit. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Parkservice unbedingt in Anspruch nehmen, das spart Nerven in Köln. Schönes Ambiente vor allem in der Lobby und den Restauranträumen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 512 zum Hof hinaus müsste mal renoviert werden. Zudem ist es ziemlich hellhörig, das Telefongespräch des Nachbarn haben wir fast wort-wörtlich verfolgen können, glücklicherweise ist er früh abgereist. Das Frühstück im stilvollen Restaurant ist sehr gut, auch hier ist der Service sehr aufmerksam, aber für ein Frühstücksbüffet für 54€ könnte die Auswahl dann schon etwas vielfältiger sein. Was geboten wurde war qualitativ sehr gut, aber rechtfertigt die 54 € nicht. WLAN hast so gut wie nicht funktioniert, der Concierge hat dies mit einem Nachlass bei der Rechnung aber berücksichtigt.

The only real highlight was the excellent location, right in the heart of Cologne.

The rooms were small, outdated, and surprisingly lacked air conditioning, while the limited breakfast selection and cold service made the stay disappointing; even a 30-minute late checkout was refused.
