No estuve a gusto.
Pros:

Lugar céntrico

Cons:

En las imágenes que muestra el hotel, dice que está en la playa y no es verdad, está a más de un bloque.
El cuarto estaba caliente.
Los colchones molestisimos.
El paqueo son 30 dolares diarios.
No tiene desayuno incluido.
Hay un restaurante, se llama "ropa vieja" no lo usamos porque se sentía mal olor, como a aguas podridas.

Affordable, good cardio gym and nice pool
Pros:

It is very good value for money and in a very good location, handy to restaurants and shops. The pool area is nice. The gym is good for a cardio workout.

Cons:

One night was a local new year celebration. I was on the 10th floor. The music from the bar below was horrendous. It was loud and the base vibrated through the room for at least 4 hours. I asked if the base could be turned down but staff just said sorry we can’t do anything about it.
The gym is not great for a weights workout. I had to ask staff for the remote to put the TV on so I had something to watch while running on the treadmill and there were no towels.

It was a good location, close to a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

It was noisy at night from the street noise and pool area (and we were on an upper level), and we could also hear every little noise from the hallway, but we dealt with it.

Cons:

El desayuno demasiado básico sin opciones para personas con restricciones alimentarias (celiacas, intolerantes a la lactosa, bajo sodio o con régimen de azúcar por ejemplo). Frutas poco variadas y el staff llevaba tarde con el café (dos veces me fui sin tomar café). Deben hacer algo con los pájaros que atacan a las personas. Hay mallas que son amigables con las aves

Perfect location to visit downtown.
Pros:

The Staff was great. The room was nice and I had a semi view of the water and lovely view of the City. The construction was a bit of a problem. but it could not be avoided. Overall, good experience

Cons:

The pool was small. The specific beach area for the hotel was a bit of a walk from the hotel. It would have been nice to have breakfast included with the price.

I would have to say bad maintenance
Pros:

The location was honestly the best part of the stay. Being right across the street from a Walgreens made everything super convenient, and the beach was only about a five‑minute walk away. Plus, there were plenty of food spots in every direction, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The area itself was great — walkable, lively, and easy to navigate.

Cons:

My experience at Condado Palm Inn was far below acceptable. The dirty sheets. were the first red flag. After requesting fresh ones, housekeeping reused the same sheets instead of replacing them, which is unacceptable for any hotel.
The shower door was broken, the bathroom door didn't close, and the dresser drawer wouldn't shut - all signs of poor maintenance.
Water temperature and pressure were inconsistent throughout my stay, making showers frustrating.
What made everything worse was the lack of concern for customers. Issues were brushed off instead of addressed.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it until major improvements are made.

Comfortable stay and great value.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great value property compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at on the Condado strip.

Cons:

Primary con of staying here was the barn door style bathroom doors that did not extend to cover the entire bathroom door leaving a gap on either side - we traveled with my two older kids and a 2 year old who kept peeking in on us Shining-style.
