Breakfast was wonderful, loved the fresh fruit, the staff were very eager to please and helpful
Just one morning when cleaning around the pool area they washed alligator to pool
Staff was very supportive and looked out everyone.
Not much breakfast options
Everything. The location was perfect and the facilities were great.
Friendly and helpful staff
The location was good and customer service was good as well. Bathroom felt good as well and I like the kitchenette.
The towels in the room felt old, closet , bed head looked old as well.
It was a nice experience for a tropical Christmas, located on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave us a lovely (and unexpected) Christmas gift. The food was good and the welcome rum punch party included fresh, tasty finger food. The price was so affordable that I'll be going back in August to celebrate my birthday. The room met my requirements to be CLEAN and QUIET! Although I did have to walk up a flight to my room it wasn't too bad. I had a small fridge and microwave. The lock box was a minimal daily charge. I did an in-house massage which was very relaxing. St. Lawrence Gap is loaded with places to go for more entertainment and beaches and a supermarket nearby.

The location of the hotel
Was not clean at all. Housekeeping did a very bad job. They never in my whole stay cleaned thoroughly and were very unfriendly. Was definitely NOT the value for my money
Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff
Nothing
Top Lage
Freundliche Mitarbeiter
Extrem instabiles WiFi
Extrem-Sparkopf in der Dusche
Sehr weiche Betten
The location is what makes us go there.
Poor WiFi in my room. As a self catering room , the kitchen is too small.
Good location
Small pool, sunbeds reserved with towels
Fantastic hotel on a quiet beach, sea view rooms, close to bars but quiet at night. Excellent location for the Gap and short walk to the main road for the bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful, nice restaurant on site, good kitchen facilities and bathroom. Two pools to chose from. Not 5 *luxury but we didn't want or need that and it was a good value for money hotel with everything we needed. Room cleaned every day. Highly recommended and will return.
Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel very well situated close to bars and restaurants in St Lawrence Gap. All staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming.
There was a group of visitors (time sharers?) who all knew each other and who apparently visit every year, and stay a month. At the time of our arrival they had been there for 10 days. This group totally monopolised the communal areas. Putting towels on the best placed sunbeds, reserving chairs and tables, reserving other sunbeds on the sun terrace at the same time in the early hours of the morning, preventing them from being used by others even when they weren't using them themselves. We wanted a chilled holiday, not confrontation so let it slide although I had to draw the line when they met for a coffee and loud chat by the pool at 6:30am just outside our room. I feel this situation should be better managed by the hotel and ground rules ensuring consideration for others should be laid down. I am sure repeat business will have been lost because of the situation.
Friendly staff and bar /restaurant
Rooms could be better equipped
