Pros:

This was really one of the most comfortable, cleanest, fresh and spacious rooms we have stayed in.
98% of everything was just perfect including dinner at the restaurant and breakfast....

Cons:

The 2% that was missing was the ability to cool down the room, no air-conditioning, fan or a window that opened up wide enough to let air circulate

Room was too hot, opening the windows meant you could hear the road just like your bed was on the roadside. Didn’t sleep well at all

Comfortable with good parking.
Pros:

Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Room 126 Shower head was not suitable for the shower. It did not angle downwards adequately to be effective and comfortable to use. Although there was a fridge in the room there was no drinking water provided which you would definitely expect from a 4 star hotel.

Dissapponting and no atmosphere.
Pros:

Paid for breakfast but could not eat as we had to leave at 7.30 for the airport and only groups were allowed at 7am for breakfast, inflexible on this point ,.no refund for breakfast either and did not even allow a coffee.

Cons:

Lift broken, long way to get to rooms and parking , no assistance offered.
