Ein sehr großes Hotel und damit nicht sehr persönlich. Aber grds sehr ok für eine Nacht.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Frühstück ok, aber eher Masse statt Klasse.

No AC of course but the rooms got so hot (in late July) and the windows open offered no reprieve (and then bugs from the open window on the ceiling).

Zweckmäßig und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Es war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich als Ausgangspunkt für den Ring of Kerry ist die Lage ok.

Cons:

Es liegt an einer Ausfallstrasse mit entsprechender Umgebung ( Tankstellen, Supermarkt und FastFood) auf dem Parkplatz vor unserem Zimmer wurde abends noch laut Fußball gespielt und hat den Charme der 70er oder 80er.

We were staying there for 2 nights on dinner and breakfast paid a lot of money. , we ask for bathrobe they didn’t have any, we went down for dinner first night we ate in the restaurant and mentioned the waitress that we didn’t eat pork or beef we order our food and she came back after double check with chef that our food will be without pork or beef. But my wife mains came in with pancetta on it and she ate half till we saw it , she was sick that night , we let our waitress know about it , she keep apologising and came back after 20 mins telling us that she will comp our drink which we had a drink each , but at the end we got a bill with 2 drink and we paid for it so no comp drink . The next day we decided to eat in the bar , which thankfully reception said she will ask her manager and she will let us know and she said was ok. We went to the bar and again my wife ordered chicken burger and again let the staff know we do not eat beef or pork. But when the main course arrive my wife got a beef burger instead . Sent it back again. Paying that much money I didn’t expect this kind hospitality. I know it’s nearly 1 months since this happen , I didn’t want to make a complaint , we both work in hospitality business and we know how it is , any of the days we were not approached by a manager or any senior staff regarding this issues. The reason I am complaining now is to make sure that doesn’t happen to any other people with the same situation . Thank you and I wish you could take it into consideration that you cannot make someone eat stuff with is again their.
