Hotel and staff and food were lovely
We were in a room next to a boiler and the loud noise was really annoying we had to be moved to another room at 12.30 the same night we booked in we had paid for a superior room and were moved to a family room so we were not very happy about that
It was clean and nice that parking was free and available. We enjoyed having the restaurant on site. Good was good.
It could have be closer to townsite. The website did give an accurate location.

Complexe hôtelier bien situé à environ 20-25 minutes du centre de Killarney. Parking gratuit sur place avec place handicapés et place pour véhicules électriques. Chambre confortable, grande et propre. Service de ménage quotidien. Petit déjeuner qualitatif et quantitatif. Leisure Centre non testé.
Beaucoup de voyageurs mais normal pour un complexe hôtelier de cette taille. Un petit réfrigérateur aurait eu sa place dans la chambre.
Great location, really beautiful hotel, very helpful staff especially Jorge and Mauren, they took time to help us with our Ring of Kerry itinerary and saved us a lot of hassle, the room was lovely and comfortable and everything was beautifully decorated, I’m very picky with my hotels and I loved this place.
Some counter space in the restroom would be nice, travelers always have a lot of items to put on counters.

Where do I start? We only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. Breakfast was excellent - so much choice. We took advantage of the pool and enjoyed a swim before breakfast. Very clean changing room and good showers. My husband enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Our room was decorated very tastefully and had all the usual facilities. Very comfortable bed and furniture in the room. Amazing shower. As you can tell it was a very good experience staying here.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.
Common areas were sometimes dirty. Nothing major, just some small bits. Service at the bar was very slow. Three young/ inexperienced staff who were chatting rather than helping customers.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Located at a 15 minute easy walk into Kilarney town or a 5 minute drive.

There are no negatives about this hotel. It is a great hotel for a city break to Killarney.
The room was clean . There wifi yoh could enjoy netflix or youtube.
It was a great location to explore the area from, free parking, nice spotlessly clean room with a decent shower and comfy bed. Housekeeping did a great job. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and the food both breakfast and dinner is absolutely delicious, service very good also.
The hotel/room was warm with no AC.
We have stayed before and doubt we will again, the hotel seems to be marketing much more to young families now. As a consequence there are screaming children everywhere, running around in corridors and being encouraged by staff to bang on tables at breakfast. I think it would work better if the bar was adult only and the restaurant for all as there were screaming children running around in both. On the first morning at breakfast you could mistake the dining room for a zoo given the amount of screaming, shouting (from parents as much as the children), banging and running around going on. If you are a family group, this is a perfect hotel with lots of activities for families. If you want a restful break and base to explore the area from, perhaps consider looking elsewhere.
