Comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

The receptionist (Jonathan) was very welcoming and helpful. Good location considering it is only a tram away from the centre (30 minutes or so).

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small but worked fine.

Einfach, um eine gute Zeit in Florenz zu haben.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der 24h-Empfang macht das Ein- und Auschecken sowie das späte Heimkommen sehr entspannt und einfach. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und verfügte über einen grösseren Balkon. Das Bett war bequem. Beim Empfang gab es eine grosse Auswahl an Produkten, falls man spät noch Lust auf etwas bekommen sollte.

Cons:

Der Schallschutz zum Korridor und im Bad zum Nachbarbad könnte besser sein.
Im Bad hörte man durch die Lüftung den Verkehr (nur im Bad!).
Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Florenz hat das Hotel ein "gutes" Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Preise generell aber etwas zu hoch.

Pros:

L'accoglienza semplice ed efficiente del personale e della struttura stessa, i servizi base, ma completi.

Cons:

Un po' di cura nelle finiture del bagno, dei serramenti, piccole cose ma che si vedono.

Pros:

We initially booked the B&B Novoli down the street, but I suspect due to Novoli getting a large group and needing our room, they moved us to this hotel. We were not thrilled because we choose hotels carefully. While for us the location was not as good because the walk to our favorite restaurant was longer, the weather was decent enough to not be a problem. The beds were a bit soft esp for my husband with back problems but for most they are probably fine. The staff is great and amenities nice. Wish a fan would have been available as the weather was not, and the airconditioning was not yet available, We had the window open, but people taling outside at 3:00 were very loud( we were on the 6th floor) and the mosquitoes contantly present in the room.
