Mai più vergognatevi
Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema nella notte , il condizionatore perdeva acqua e faceva rumore , abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera ma era impossibile (per loro) con il rumore non abbiamo chiuso occhio tutta la notte .
Ho chiesto il rimborso ma si sono rifiutati ,ci hanno restituito solo il 20% su una stanza pagata 200€

Personale sorridente, educato, preparato e disponibile. Colazione buona, parcheggio auto dell'hotel molto comodo e per arrivare in centro con il Tram linea T2, in pochi minuti si è a SMN da dove iniziare a godersi Firenze.

Pros:

Lako je za doci do grada jer je blizu tramvajska stanica.
Parking je besplatan i auto mozete ostaviti ako u tom trenutku ima slobodnih mjesta na parkingu. Dopustili su nam da ostavimo auto na parkingu i nakon odjave iz hotela dok smo u gradu do nekih 6 popodne.
Uredan i cist smjestaj.
Osoblje je jako ljubazno i usluzno.

Excellent Hotel for Families Visiting Florence
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Florence. Although it is about 20 minutes from the historic city center by tram, the location is very convenient. The tram stop is only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to reach all the major attractions.
The area around the hotel has everything you may need, including restaurants, pizza shops, kebab restaurants, a laundromat, a pharmacy, and even a medical clinic, all within a very short walking distance.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help whenever we needed assistance.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. We especially appreciated that tea was available, which is something we always look for when traveling.
A special thank you to the reception team for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence, especially families looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay.

L’albergo è minimal ma curato e pulito. Nella camera non manca nulla e anche la colazione è ricca. Siamo stati bene e rispetto ad altri alberghi a Firenze, anche il prezzo è competitivo.

Pros:

Stanza per due persone molto comoda, bagno funzionante e doccia comodissima. Abbiamo beccato le giornate più calde ma in stanza si stava benissimo. Stanza molto pulita e staff gentilissimo.
Pozione ottima per l'ippodromo del Visarno.
Colazione abbondante e varia, appena il cibo finiva veniva riportato.

Confortable et agréable
Pros:

Chambre propre et agréable. Etablissement à 7 min de la station de tram. Hyper pratique. Parking inclus également gratuit, très avantageux dans une ville comme Florence.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif que j’apporte est le bruit que le personnel de ménage fait tôt le matin. Cela nous a pas mal de fois réveillé et ce n’est pas très agréable. Hormis cela, il n’y a rien d’autres à dire !

Alright Stay
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean, a bit dated though. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely, but the toilet didn’t work. It was reported a couple of times but it wasn’t fixed properly, it would flush once and then not at all. So we had to use the toilet near reception. On this experience I won’t be returning to this hotel or recommend it to others.
