Pros:

Two duty managers who tried to assist us with the issues which arose over our stay. They were professional in their approach when dealing with problems not of their making.

Cons:

Being moved twice - three different rooms altogether - all with the same category and all different levels of comfort, Room service (90 minutes for a burger one order, couldn't even provide a fresh ham sandwich on another), rock hard pillows, deceptive room categories, flooded showers, general building shabbiness (cracked balcony and tiles, jamming balcony doors, missing facade not repaired, over a metre of tiling missing from one balcony), clothes left in one room by previous occupants, cigarette butts and lighter on the balcony of another room.

Great value, excellent location.
Pros:

Location, service was great, bed very comfortable.
I was in Brisbane for a concert which was across the road from the hotel so the location was perfect.
