It was ok. Staff were very helpful and nice.
Pros:

The staff were lovely.

Cons:

Waking up at 6am to construction outside our window with no prior warning. It also wasn’t an easy task to get to the hotel (walking) from the train station with the hill it is on so taxi is definitely needed. Some warnings about accessibility and construction would have been great.

Pros:

The carkpark poles was crazy...too many larger Ute's taking up all parks or parked poorly which makes then parking impossible.

House keeping checking 3x per day to make up room despite putting not on door saying wasn't necessary and then when we were checking out we took items from fridge to do last run to car placing in box and on return despite not finishing checking out house keeping even though we told her we weren't finished loading car an hour earlier than checkout time she was already pitting our items in bin

not worth for $ i paid. tiny rooms and Indian staff must be fired by HR ASAP, DOES NOT HAVE CLUE

1. receiption has indian girl and does not know anything where to catch ferry for brisbane river cruise did not care and was rude trying to showoff 2. tiny rooms door jammed could not use balcony 3. no porter to take your bags to room 4. worst customer service no simle not greeting etc

Great hotel for accessing Roma st station.
Pros:

Nice modern clean rooms and super close to Roma street station.

Cons:

Unfortunately construction work going on next door and we’re woken very early by machinery

Decent digs in a good location but room for improvement
Pros:

Check-in was easy, checkout was easy, room was large and mostly clean

Cons:

The brochures mentioned parking at the hotel but no mention of additional cost, then discovered that was at $25 per night only on booking in.
Air inlets were solid dust.
Door to balcony was stiff could barely be opened.
Large presumably air intake machine just outside window was a muted but annoying hum.
Parking was more like parkour … very tight and exit signs not obvious.

Pros:

Lovely cheerful staff. Geographically, its a fantastic location. Beautiful views of the city. Fantastic service and food. In terms of room and board (facilities and comfort) - 10/10. Extremely clean on arrival + exceptional day cleaning. Very appealing, modern and rejuvenating.

Had a late checkin :(
