The room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Pros:

The room was well appointed, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean. The staff looked after me and were very helpful with information on how to get to places.

Cons:

The walk up all the steps from the bus station to the hotel as taxis refused to drive such a short journey. I would have appreciated some printed information on how to operate the television as I found it difficult to negotiate with just the remote control.

Second time staying there. First time was better on the other side of the building

Great location, good staff

Cons:

Stayed next to the construction site and got woken up at 6am to bringing and crashing every morning, I’m on holidays. The Verandah was basically pointless as the rain came in and water sat there. There was poor drainage in the bathroom creating a pool of water that sat for ages
