Fabulous overnight stop.
Pros:

Convenient to centre of town & Roma St station (although uphill); fabulous room service meal. Staff were welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing; it was fabulous.

Not as good as last time
Pros:

Love the location and love the view

Cons:

I arranged for a platter and a bottle of bubbly to be in the room on arrival. The platter was just a bunch of cheese. There was a huge coffee takeaway mug out on the balcony. The phone wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to reception, they amended the platter which was lovely.

We have been charged twice for our room and can't be refunded until Monday. Frustrating.

Location was good.

Cons:

Hotel charged us twice for our room and said they couldnt refund until monday. It was confirmed by email and at checkin that our rooms were interconnecting but they weren't. Carpark was the strangest layout ever with giant poles in the way every corner you turned.

Cons:

Parking was tight, view from the balcony was shit, could have paid less for a better view of the city.
