Pros:

מלון מצויין. אותנתי. מעוצב בטוב טעם עד הפרט האחרון. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. בריכה מחוממת חיצונית ונקייה.

Cons:

הוא ממוקדם קרוב למזרח העיר אז מידיי פעם יש רעש מהמואזין או מבתי הספר אבל זה ממש בקטנה. לא הייתי מתרגש מזה.

אני מאוד אוהבת את האמריקן קולוני וזו לא הפעם הראשונה.
מקום קסום, בריכה משגעת וחדרים נוחים. אנחנו נחזור שוב בהחלט.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר הפעם הייתה פחות מושקעת מהרגיל וגם הסתיימה בשעה 10:30 שזה יחסית מוקדם.

Famous property clearly declining
Pros:

Terrific physical property with garden books. Youn can sit and read beneath a pomegranate tree. Old historical feel.

Cons:

Indifferent service, such as: I had three dinners and not once did any waiter stop to check, how was the meal? On checkout after a week, no even asks or wishes that it was a good stay. Property grounds had litter, offensively so, such as a cup floating in the pool and discarded plates and cups left on four chairs by the pool and I watched the pool boy walk boy and ignore it, and he had nothing else to do since only I was there but he was busy on the phone and publicly picking his nose (literally). Furniture haphazard.Also, the next door mosque loudspeaker call to prayer woke me every early morning. Restaurant food is pretty good, but at such a hotel and those prices it should be great. Housekeeping did seem to care, but still there would be last night's room service out in the hallway to late morning. All these problems shows weak management.

Special and Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The building is beautiful!! Especially the main garden (the restaurant) The rooms are very clean and comfortable . The guided tour was excellent
