Very clean hotel at a great location, however the room was claustrophobically small for the price.

Cons:

The room was very small, there was almost no place to take out my luggage, only 3 hangers in one small corner. I did not like that the shower cabin was almost next to my pillow.

Fabulous Location (central!), family room great size, no complaints from us!
Pros:

Room was great size and sofa bed was made up on arrival. Sofa bed in the family room was huge! My 16 year old niece was very happy as it was super comfortable and had sockets close by for phone charging, etc.
The main bed was also super large and comfortable too! Plenty of pillows if needed.
Great location! Kitchen was clean and had everything you could need! Rooftop balcony had plenty of seating and amazing views of the city and the alps! Great touch for guests!

Cons:

Not much not to like TBH, plenty of sockets for charging, checking in was a little complicated (first time at Stay Kooook so wasn't entirely familiar with the processes) AND Camile was on hand to help if needed. Using mobile phone as key was handy but felt more comfortable with traditional keycard which was available at self check-in device.

Mon royaume pour une chaise.
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent. Les chambres sont neuves, propres et les équipements sont excellents.
Le système de clef, Check in et Check out en ligne est vraiment pratique.

Cons:

Ça semble être un détail, mais ça tue tout. Il n’y a pas de chaise dans la chambre. On ne peut s’asseoir que sur le lit. Si vous voulez travailler avec votre ordinateur, la seule solution c’est d’être couché sur le dos avec une planche désignée pour poser le Laptop dessus. Très inconfortable.
Une simple chaise pliante aurait fait une énorme différence.
Autre problème: il y a une lampe sur le lit, mais l’interrupteur est introuvable.
(C’est aussi très cher, mais je crois bien que c’est les prix normaux à Berne en période de session parlementaire et de haute saison touristique.)
