Der Dachbalkon war sehr schön. Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren ansprechend. Die Lage ist top. Das Haus ist ein spannender Altbau.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich denke, jeder der im Gefängnis ist, hat mehr Platz für sich. Kein TV null Komfort!!!!!!!!!!!

Checking in could be confusing. It would be easy to have a video showing in detail how to check in and then how to use the website to open the respective doors.

The second floor public space was not mentioned in any of the messages I got. This is important because the laundry machine is down there too.

Great hotel in the centre of Bern!
Pros:

Great location near the train station and in the centre of Bern. The hotel is very modern with keyless entry into the building and rooms which was very easy to use on your phone. The rooms were very comfortable with everything you need. Would highly recommendn

Pros:

L'hôtel a été rénové il y a peu de temps et tout est propre et agréable. La literie est incroyable et les chambres sont très bien pensées et fonctionnelles. L'espace commun est très bien décoré et agréable. La situation de l'hôtel est incroyable !

Cons:

Le check-in on line était compliqué pour un groupe de 25 personnes. Dans ce cas, il vaut mieux faire un mail à l'hôtel afin de préparer votre venue et le check-in de manière plus rapide et adéquate.
