良いホテルに出会えて良かった！
Pros:

別サイトで予約していた宿がトラブルで宿泊出来ず、夜中に探して23時半頃チェックインしました。
スタッフさんは、私たちの拙い英語にも丁寧に対応してくださり、安心しました。
お部屋は広く快適でした。
ジャパンタウン目の前にあり、コンビニ？（使ってないけど）も隣にあり立地がよいと思いました。

Great choice in San Francisco! Safe place.

La habitación era muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. La decoración del hotel es hermosa. Nos gustó mucho el espacio que ofrecen de café en las mañanas y vino en las tardes. Hay restaurantes muy buenos cerca.

Pros:

Location was excellent - quiet and convenient for getting anywhere in San Francisco. Staff went above and beyond at all times and the complimentary morning coffee and ‘wine hour’ was very much appreciated

We had great, relaxing stay.
Pros:

Everything was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have had one comfortable chair in the room.

The front stairs. they were a little daunting as they were very uneven.

Great hotel just a little pricey
Pros:

The room was very large and clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and there were many things available if you forgot something at home.

Cons:

The room was a bit overpriced and could use a couch and table. The room was so big but felt empty. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Parking was really difficult. The garage is set up funky and extremely difficult to park in.

Quiet spot right next to Japantown
Pros:

Excellent location next to Japantown - very easy to walk to nearby mall and restaurants. The rooms were very quiet and the attached garage was perfect for our car.
