היחס היה מדהים ואדיב בכניסה ביציאה
אבל קבלנו חדר 230 בקומה שניה. ביציאה מהמעלית משום מה יש 3-4 מדרגות ואין נגישות לכיסא גלגלים
מיקום המלון טוב קרוב לתחנה ולבריכת הסולטן. במרפסת בקומה שלישית נוף על ירושלים
אין חניה או שלא היה מקום בחניה כי מעכשיו בנו סוכה לטענתם.
לסחוב את המזוודה בחום כבד היה נורא
חדר גדול אבל מלוכלך רצפה לא נקיה סימנים של כוסות על השידה
אמבטיה טינופת עם שיערות על הרצפה
מלחיות בחדר אוכל דביקות משומן מצטבר.
המזרון במיטה הזוגית היה מעולה.איזה חברה של המזרונים זה?

הערות היו,
באמבטיה היתה סתימה ולא ירדו כמו שצריך.
היה רעש מהצנרת של החדר הסמוך כנראה מאזור האמבטיה שלהם.
המלון במיקום מצויין ליציאה לטיולים רגלית, יש חניון של המלון שניתן להשאיר את הרכבים ולטייל וזה מאןד נוח.
החדרים מרווחים ומאוד נקיים
ארוחת בוקר טובה
תודה רבה לצוות הקבלה ובעיקר לאחמד שעזר בחיוך וגם סייע במסלולי הטיול.
תמורה מצויינת לכסף
חללים ציבוריים מעטים ומי שיורד לארוחת בוקר אחרי 09.30 נאלץ לאכול בלובי חיצוני בשל העומס

בבוקר היה לחץ בחדר האוכל ונאלצנו לחכות לניקיון השולחן. אולי להאריך את זמן ארוחת הבוקר
המלון ממוקם יחסית קרוב לאתרים מעניינים. הלובי יחסית לגודל המלון גדול ונעים.
צוות המלון אטום , שומע ואינו מקשיב . לדוגמה , הגענו למלון בלילה המאבטח אמר שאין חניה , התעקשתי איתו מעט ואז הגיע עובדת מלון נחמדה מאוד שביקשה ממנו לפתוח את החניון ומצאתי חניה. בבקר חדר האוכל היה עמוס מאוד , מלא דברים היו חסרים בבופה , ליכלוך בכל מקום. לא נעים בכלל.
