Wingate by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport

Everything. The pool was this nastiest pool I had ever been in. It had a film on the topand no smell of chlorine at 6 am. I wish I would have taken a picture of the nasty pool the next morning. I could feel how dirty the pool was when I got in. I was worse than some lakes.

Service was so sloooowww checking in and out, throughout our stay they were not always at desk or available, and dialect was difficult to understand. Neither room we booked had towels in them. We went to front desk & the two guests in front of me were asking for same thing. Only 1 working elevator, 2nd one was down. Waited 8 rounds of people before we finally squeezed ourselves onto it to be able to leave. Pool/hot tub was absolutely disgusting. There was a film on top of water, pool smelled horrible, hair clumps & used bandaids on side, couldn't see to the bottom of pool it was so murky. Free breakfast was a joke. Apple juice was water, toaster didn't work, literally had a choice of a mini muffin, egg patty, cereal, or piece of bread. I requested a biscuit cause there was peppered gravy in a crockpot and lady did bring out a handful. Hotel did not smell pleasant and was filthy. You could see handprints on every surface even ceiling. I hated to touch anything. Room was presentable upon entering but headboard was greasy, surfaces and doors had fingerprints on them. Lighting was two small lamps on either side of bed and didn't provide much. Had to open window to see to do anything in room. I like my privacy so was not estatic about this. AC made it feel like a swamp cooler in room and everything felt damp & sticky. Bottle of nail polish found under bed that was not ours. Pulls on dresser were falling off, AC unit casing was cracked and missing pieces, bathroom door had chunks missing out of it. While starting the shower in my room I killed a roach crawling on the wall. Also hot water was immediate scalding hot. Had to adjust even sink water to 75% cold 25% hot. We tried to stay gone as much as possible cause I felt nasty being there.

The staff was rude and unprofessional! The rooms weren’t clean and the pool was gross

The room had mold growing in the shower, the base board was peeling off, the sheets had blood on them, the room smelled like dirty feet, the air conditioner was not on when we arrived on a 100+ degree day in Oklahoma, the staff was vague and unwelcoming, and 4 days after my stay, I still have yet to receive my 'refundable' $50 deposit for my room.

I showed up with my family and there was no staff at front desk for a good 20 min there was activity going on the outside of the property that was not pleasant for children not even adults.
Did not stay

No tv remote. Roaches. Hot boiling water in the shower and no other option. Weed and homeless and cracked out people in hotel.

Fridge was not to par .

Outside of the room was very warm. The main entrance smelled of chlorine because the pool door had to stay open. Side doors were constantly open. Anyone could have entered.

The shot out windows, the couch that was free on the the curb the night before, the maintenance man dumpster diving in broad daylight, the broken down green pool, or the fact booking.com sold us a room based on pictures of at least 5-10 years ago at best. This place was disgusting. And the most run down hotel I have stayed at. We just want a refund. I just had a major back operation and had to be stressed of all this the night before since we live out of town.

The hotel smelled like weed up and down the hallways. There was a woman blocking the pool and hot tub door like something shady was going on and she didn’t want us in there . We did not feel comfortable so we went right back up to our room. Hotel staff came and knocked on my door twice while I was trying to take a nap asking if I was staying the second night and if I paid because I asked about the cancellation policy. I paid by card and they had all my info so I thought that was bizarre.

The lobby and all the halls were hot , the doors with the door keys wouldn't work the swimming area was so hot that you couldn't breathe the pool had scum in it and so much chlorine it was disgusting the hot tub was also disgusting as well breakfast nothing on it but gravy no biscuits no eggs milk or cereal bad bad bad

Bed was uncomfortable, people were loud, floor and room felt wet the entire time

The room had many problems with it.
1. No top cover on bed
2. Only two towels (small)
3. Refrigerator iced over seems not to be defrosted in months.
4. Security latch broken off dowel rack broken
5. Sofa bed filthy looked like it was pulled from trash can.
6. Told the night clerk about all problems and all I got was that nothing could be done till morning. Wasn’t even offered a different room.. this place doesn’t deserve to be associated with the Wyndham name.
