Roaches and bug bites
Location
We had to be moved twice because the first two rooms had roaches and mold. They also take multiple deposits to extend your stay, even if you don't check out.
Cost was reasonable, location was decent.
The staff at the front desk was very rude, he told us there was a deposit of 59$ and we would get it back at checkout, that was fine. We paid the 59$ and then he yelled at us and told us we needed to pay 14$ more because we paid cas. We paid the extra 14$ and he finally gave us a key, we walked into the room and the smell was horrible, it was dirty and the pool nasty, it had some kind of film over it and chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes in the room. I reserved the room for two nights and we stayed one, we checked out early the next morning.
Staff was very helpful with the shuttle
Room was very uncomfortable, poor quality pillows, but many items in the room (deadbolt, toilet paper holder) were broken.

The breakfast was the worst. Cheap bath towels. Very disappointed
The initial room was very dirty , the front desk kindly upgraded my room to a larger room which wasn’t as dirty.
I found the rooms to be very dirty, the mattress had blood on it and mould, the rooms stunk so bad like 10 yr old cigarette smoke , my socks were black from the carpet. Breakfast was bland, tasteless and very minimal ineditable, the lamp shade was so badly stained, people told me in the lift they lived there full time. A homeless man walked in off the street and ate next to me and left.
The room was great. The food was decent. The pool was good. My kids had a great time.
The staff was not super accommodating. I tried to pay for a late checkout and they said that they would not do that.
We stayed in 2 different suits ther same price but on is nicer then the other

Breakfast was good and laundry.
The staff is not very friendly. The room we had the first night was disgusting there are roaches everywhere.
The presidential suite was nice, alot of room.
The drain in the tub didn't work so it wouldn't hold water. Then the sheets were dirty asf. We didn't notice until the next day because we checked in late and went straight to bed. But woke up and they were nasty. Out of line. Then the woman at the front counter wouldn't give my cash deposit back saying I was the 1 who trashed the sheets and they would have to be replaced. Idk it looked like someone's spray tan sweated off them but they were gross. After Lyft driver waited 15 minutes costing me more money due to arguing about it. Finally she gave me $15 of the $65 or however much it was back. The pool was nasty had A LOT of hair in it. Just walking in the pool room made our eyes burn w the amount of chlorine. And the water was still cloudy. The hot tub didn't even work which was the main reason I booked there. My key only worked on certain doors- I'm over it. I don't normally leave reviews but this was stay was bullshit. I won't be back
