The price was decent and the breakfast was average BUT the smoke smell and the rude lady didn’t seem very welcoming

Cons:

The staff was rude at the front desk and she had no social skills or a simple welcoming smile. Also the lobby and elevator smelled like smoke. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options

I’ve stayed here in the past and I’ve always had a great comfortable sleep.
Pros:

The overall appearance inside the lobby area.

Cons:

The water in the lounge had a musky taste like a rusty pipe. The pillows are too high. I think they should have long flatter pillows as an option. I’ve stayed at a hotel that kept option pillows in the drawer with extra blankets.

Disappointing. Would not recommend.
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

Overpriced for what it was (the next evening I stayed in a hotel that cost 50% less and was better all around), hostel vibe in the communal areas, poor quality ingredients for breakfast. Also the hotel is essentially on a concrete island in a carpark.

It was ok but I don’t think I’ll choose it again.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds

Cons:

Floor in the room was filthy with particles of styrofoam everywhere. The flush in the toilet so loud, it sounded like an earthquake. Walls not sound proof at all, we could hear every word of the next door neighbors. They were screaming and laughing till 3 am. I wanted to call the reception, but the phone was out of order😡

The reception had a strong smell like misty and cleaner smell. Some area of the hotel was not clean. The area was okay.
