Cons:

Bathroom shower had low pressure and the detachable handle kept falling down. Asked a employee to look at it and it stayed put, I got in shower that night and again kept falling.
Got the disability accessible room and thought there would be more room. There wasn't. It actually seemed smaller

A great experience I will do again!
Pros:

The things I like most about my stay at the Best Western Plus in Birmingham were the very reasonable cost, cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, staff, complimentary breakfast, and location. All I needed was a one-night stay and they definitely accomplished that very well and I am a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend them.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about the property or my stay. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

The location was perfect! Close to shops and close to interstate. I loved that it was in a quiet secluded area, very peaceful! My room was very clean as well as the hotel. The pricing was exceptional! I enjoyed my overnight stay!
