Pros:

It was clean and in a good location.

Cons:

I was given the wrong room number on my door key and I barely opened the door and got cussed at. Then the front desk person was in the elevator as it opened trying to stop me I guess when he realized he gave me the wrong room number.

I just didn’t like how uncomfortable the beds felt with the humidity in the room and would not stay there again.
Cons:

It was so humid in the room the sheets felt moist instantly upon getting in bed and stayed that way all night. It was uncomfortable.

Out stay was ok, could have been better.

Close to all stores, clean.

Cons:

Someone from staff was able to open our door and poke this head in our room while my husband was naked. We also asked for extra pillows and they said they only had 1 in the whole facility to give us. We also wanted to stay an extra night but we would have to move rooms. We wanted to stay because we were tired and didn’t want to have to pack up and move our things, we decided just to go ahead and leave.

Great area but rooms need improvement
Pros:

The location was great. It’s off in a quiet area and I felt safe. The breakfast was okay and the beds were comfy.

Cons:

This will be a little lengthy but it's my honest review. 1st when you walk in it smells good and lobby area looks nice. I wasn’t greeted by the guy at the front desk but that’s ok. Check in went smoothly but once I got in the room my mood changed. The room has a strong shampoo smell. It didn’t bother me when I first walked in but after a couple hours it starts to stink. 2nd the bathroom had black fingerprints all on the bathroom door(both sides) and some parts of the wall, the bathroom door also was broken at the bottom, tub was dirty, ottoman in the room had stains, the fridge freezer section was filthy, and all over the room walls was cracks and patchy paint. The pool wasn’t clean had leaves and bugs all in it. My kids had to clean the pool with the tool that was laying on the ground outside. There was no guest towels in the pool area. Last the Tv had only a few channels. I absolutely loved the area but I probably won’t stay at this hotel again.

Excellent emplacement, très calme et facile d'accès
Grandes chambres propres, lits confortables.
Bon petit-déjeuner.
Piscine agréable mais il faut demander des serviettes à l'accueil.

Cons:

Le Wifi dans les chambres ne fonctionnait pas.
Climatisation toujours un peu bruyante.

Will stay here again. Family friendly.
Pros:

The location is great and the 4th floor rooms are spacious. The pool is decent sized and there is a handicap seat so all can enjoy. It is a great value.

Cons:

The beds are ok. There is obvious water damage. None of those things will keep me from booking here again.
