The staff was very accommodating

Cons:

The room was very dated the furniture was stained the chair for the desk the arm was peeling and very wobbly but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast definitely needs improvement

Pros:

The room and hallways were clean. Beds were super comfy! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were some things in the room that were a bit shabby. Desk chair had peeling vinyl and there were some old stains on the cloth chair and carpet.

Staff was smoking outside front doors - I booked a non smoking room for a reason. Staff should have their own space to smoke away from guest areas.

Pros:

Just the location.

Cons:

Everything smelled musty, had stains, towel was dirty, and when asked to change the room, the front staff said they’re sold out!!!! While I saw at least rooms available online!

It was close to the airport

Cons:

Everything smelled really bad. The towel was dirty. All the couches and sofas had stains and smelled. The bed smelled musty. When I asked to change the room, the front staff said they’re full. But I saw at the same time that they had at least 10 empty rooms based on booking.
