The staff was friendly
I get there and they said my room is ready and it's on the 4th floor and the elevators didn't work. So, I would need to take the stairs but if I wait half hour, I can get a room on the 2nd floor. Still have to take stair and I had a lot of luggages.
I even asks if I could use the restroom and they said that was out of order as well. I cancel my reservation and went to the Hilton Garden Inn instead and I called to make sure there elevators work.

Was charge a deposit fee of $100 dlls and a day after was not reimbursed yet.

I didn't like anything about this hotel
The hotel was in a sketchy neighborhood. The room had some spiders and had a weird smell. We chose to leave. We didn't stay the night. We ended up going to a different hotel.

It was close to where I was looking for attention, it was good, but the folder had water in it and they didn't give me another room.
The folder was wet and smelled bad, and they couldn't give me another room; it wasn't a good night.
