Cons:

The staff were not friendly and charged me a facility fee even though I had already paid it through Booking.com. Still trying to get it refunded despite them telling me it would be after I complained.

Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat. Das Parken ist möglich vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, recht klein, aber alles wie in der Hotelangabe.

Enjoyed my short stay, the host moved my room due to possible noise to ensure had a good stay prior to any encounter.
Pros:

Very clean, the staff are welcoming and kind.

Cons:

The exit/turn-off from the IH-35 is very fast and tricky especially for someone from out of the area.
