Staff was great, check in and check out was quick and the rooms were spacious.
The entire property was clean and the location was perfect, lots of places to eat with in walking distance.

I liked how friendly the staff were! They greeted you with a huge smile and were ready to help out. They even recognized and spoke with us each time we passed by. Breakfast was good too! Bed was comfortable and room was roomy.

Great staff, super clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the breakfast. For a last minute booking due to a plumbing issue at our home, this was a great staycation nearby. Great place and nice price!

Cons:

Everything was great. I didnt have any compalints, I didnt even see dust. The hotel is spotless and everyone is so nice. Wonderful amangement. Staying here mademe rethink my vacation package timeshare.

Amazing & Caring Staff at beautiful, peaceful hotel

If I could give my experience 10 stars, I would ….i want to say what a blessing. It was to walk into a hotel filled with such peace and such peaceful and beautiful staff to welcome me at the front desk, in the halls and even the housekeeping and maintenance tech that brought me a new tv remote

The lobby, halls, my room and everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and filled with a refreshing aroma of sage and white tea or similar, that instantly helped me feel calm and overwhelmed me with peace. I enjoyed the free hot breakfast. I love the thoughtfulness for planning quiet time hours after 10pm, and even adult only early morning pool hours

I want to express my extreme appreciation for Maria, Julie, and for Sara, who have embraced me like a family member when I walked into the hotel.

I only needed a room because of the storms creating a loss of power, but what they didn’t know was that I also loss my brother the day before the storms,….

when I walked in with such a heavy weight , without even knowing , they greeted me with such beautiful smiling faces… they were all so patient with me and explained everything I needed ….the sympathy card they gave me was not only unexpected, but more valuable than all of these words I could write … THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HUGS, SHARED TEARS WITH ME, and KINDEST WORDS OF SUPPORT🙏❤️

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to even find a room available that is close to my home, during this severe storm crisis that we have experienced in this area, but I’m even more grateful to be placed in an environment that is filled with what I will call angels surrounding me and all of the guest here🙏

To the management, You have done an outstanding job in maintaining such a beautiful atmosphere, for hiring caring and compassionate people and for keeping such an amazing demeanor in your business by allowing and enforcing things that promote cleanliness, comfort, peace, compassion, and kindness…
