Cons:

The halls and rooms were terribly dirty and dated. Lots of stains on walls and upholstery, peeling paint, dirty grout. It was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Find another hotel!
Pros:

We had to stay here for a baseball tournament. It would not have been my choice based on the other reviews, but at least I was prepared for what the rooms would be like. They are unclean and outdated just as others have noted. Outdated I can handle, but a dirty room is unacceptable. The breakfast buffet is $24.95 per person but had the same runny imitation eggs you find at hotels with free breakfasts. It is super overpriced for what it is, so if you can, make other arrangements for breakfast. They do have a Starbucks that serves more than just coffee. The parking garage is another hassle because of the limited space. You must park there though because they are no other options. I paid $53.18 for two nights of parking, which is ridiculous. It should be half that amount. I will never stay here again (until forced).

Don’t think they know what a vacuum is!
Pros:

This is an older hotel and there was a sign saying that renovations are coming soon. But one would expect that they would run a vacuum in the lobby and in the hallways. Also, there was a skunk smell, and I think there might’ve been a sewage problem as well because the lobby smelled. We found hair that wasn’t ours in several places in the bathroom.

Would not stay here again!
Pros:

Very dumpy compared to online photos and unprofessional front desk.

Cons:

Dirty, old, unkept and did not disclose the construction zone. Loud toilets in room, and shower didn’t drain. Very unpleasant.

The toilet is too low to floor. Almost fell 2 times.
Pros:

The PARKING is a BIG NO!!! Can't believe that I had to pay $25 per night to park after paying more than $200 a night to stay!!!

Paying for the parking. The garage parking space are rather small, and not enough.

The hotel needs a lot of work and upkeep. The hotel is old.
Pros:

Some elevators were out.
The elevator was not working to the garage
We had to pay 25.00 for parking nightly
The pipes were making noise all through the night and couldn’t sleep.

Standard room. Nothing special. Decent for price.

We checked in late at 10 pm
We had five parties in front of us. Long

Garage was full! Had to park far away and pay for it. Just charge me an extra $25 for the room and make parking complimentary. Elevator in garage could use a realignment. Not level when reaching floors.

Room was fine. Nothing special

Light bulb was out in one lamp

Conditioner bottle wasn’t on wall.

One of the two bathroom hooks was missing.

People next door to us were loud in conversation.

Would I stay here again? Probably because of the location but a manager should review each room to make sure the little things aren’t missing

We did online checkout and bill was correct.

Billed twice and been bounced around - unresolved
Pros:

I have stayed here maybe 8 times over the last 18 months for business. Long story short, I slept in a room that was not assigned to me on my reservation (they gave me the key for and I slept in that room), upon check out they said I should have been in another room. I stayed on an award credit. They said not to worry, gave me my bill for 0 dollars for the room and breakfast. A few days later I see my credit card has been charged 148.35 twice, yes twice. I've spent 3 days being bounced from the concierge number (not helpful always transferring me back to the hotel) then speaking to the hotel, who then tells me to speak to the concierge service. I won't be staying here again. How do I stay 1 night on an award credit, and get charged for 1 night and 2 rooms. Make it make sense. The fact that double tree stamford staff or Hilton concierge were not helpful at all, I maybe out $300 and what a waste of my time sitting on the phone. I keep being told my receipt/folio and card on file was charged for breakfast and nothing for the room. Yes I know that. That is my whole point - Why was I charged 148.35 twice then?
