HORRIBLE BIRTHDAY GET AWAY 🎂🎈
Pros:

the AC
checking- in staff was very nice and was very attentive and was able to direct me in right direction and was also able to provide info about parking while checking in

Cons:

staff rude. breakfast was included but manager forced me to fill out info on receipt but never asked other guests to do the same

parking info on app didn't explain about parking

all the money I spent on my wife's birthday 🎂🎈 get away was ruined by staff.. crowded guests . I will not be returning to your hotel. the price is not worth it. breakfast overrated

All Westin Hotels are great.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. So many selections. The staff was also great. Just the breakfast alone makes me want to come back.

Very pleasant but rooms could use some improvement
Pros:

Chloe at the front desk was EXCELLENT. She was so helpful and friendly. She even recognized us and greeted us every time we walked through. Couldn’t ask for better!

Cons:

Several things were broken in the rooms. Phone (rm 798) blinds, toilet seat was peeling in room 1217. Had to call the front desk 7 times Friday night with no answer and eventually had to go to the front desk for help.

Comfortable but service could be better
Pros:

Pros - Clean, comfortable

Cons - breakfast pricey for what you get, reception staff not very efficient, wouldn’t settle bill on early check out due to system update meaning I couldn’t check what was owed was correct, bar shuts at 11pm which is too early for a hotel

Loved my stay.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times on my Dallas visits. Love the location. Easy access to freeways. Older hotel that has been well maintained. They were in the process of changing the mattresses. Mine was great. Up graded room on the 14th floor. Large hotel but the elevator tower had 5 elevators so no waiting. No lounge but as platinum received a free breakfast buffet which was excellent. I booked the room with added garage fee. Garage was pretty simple in/ out.
