Room was nice and comfortable
I was 1st given the wrong room type from that I booked and the 1st room had a dirty tub.
Great area… had great amenities like pool, gym, bar, and restaurant in the hotel.
The only issue I had is that when they told me to sign, the agent said it was for the $200 deposit and it was an electronic signature so I couldn’t see what I was signing so I had to take his word for it. Come to find out I was authorizing $25 per night for parking, which was not disclosed. The only thing asked about parking was if I wanted to self park or use valet, which I chose self park, but was never told there was a fee or how much it was.
Great stay.

The restaurant, bar ,room pool and more

checking- in staff was very nice and was very attentive and was able to direct me in right direction and was also able to provide info about parking while checking in
staff rude. breakfast was included but manager forced me to fill out info on receipt but never asked other guests to do the same
parking info on app didn't explain about parking
all the money I spent on my wife's birthday 🎂🎈 get away was ruined by staff.. crowded guests . I will not be returning to your hotel. the price is not worth it. breakfast overrated
What stood out most about our stay at the Westin Park Central Dallas was the people, full stop. Nicole in catering and the banquets crew, Karen, Sylvia, Luis and Julio, created a workspace that felt organized and welcoming even during the most hectic stretches of our World Cup schedule. Betty, the director of sales, was hands-on and responsive every time we needed something adjusted. Front desk staff Laura, Chloe, Trent, John, Danielle, Felicia, Taylor and Jakolby made check-ins painless and always greeted us like they were genuinely glad to see us. Breakfast with Michell, Asly, Singh, Oscar, Furdowsa, Alma and Adriana set a great tone every morning, and the evening team, Osmin, Ryan, Shameka, Samantha, Tony, Yelitza del Carmen and Daliam, closed out our days on an equally high note. Add in comfortable, spacious rooms and excellent food throughout, and this hotel exceeded our expectations at every turn.
