At first I was questioning my choice to stay here with a couple of issues with the front desk staff before even checked in. Clearly the communication was lacking in this department. Eventually things were sorted out correctly. The rooms are clean with nice views. The highlight of the stay was when we visited Navy Proof for Happy Hour. Noah, by far, is one of the best bartenders we've encountered. His passion and knowledge of Mezcal was past amazing. He even turned us onto a few bars in the area we live in minutes from our home. Anytime we visit Long Beach , we will return to Navy Proof because of Noah.

Although the pride event got canceled my overall experience at this hotel was good.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful answering questions. I liked the water hydration stations. The valet was very quick with bring out your car when calling.

Cons:

It was overpriced, the gym needs some work done, the equipment needs maintenance like the treadmills and back machine. The treadmills were a little loud. The back machine handles were held together with black tape which left a residue on your hands. The ac in the room didn’t work that well. It took awhile for the room to cool down even with the curtains closed.
