Pretty on the surface, rooms have seen better days.
Pros:

Lobby & location were lovely. Restaurant was great, both food & service. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was fine, but bathroom wasn’t great. Shower head was dribbling out water. In-shower toiletries: I had 2 conditioners & no shampoo, but didn’t realize until I got in. I hopped out, dripping wet to call for shampoo. It took 2 calls & nearly 15 minutes to get shampoo. Also didn’t have washcloths & one hand towel had makeup stains. Westin is known for attention to detail, so this was disappointing.
