Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, views from the lobby terrace over the sea are gorgeous, staff are amazing and lovely food and drinks in the restaurants.

What a fantastic place! We loved how child friendly it is, great amenities, variety and excellent customer service that often went above and beyond. The breakfast bar had everything you may want + more.
The kids club entertained our little ones well and they regularly wished to stay longer on pick up. The pools are well maintained and the lounging areas are plentiful. We liked being able to order drinks and food delivered to our sunbathing spot daily. The reef access is a wonderful added bonus with opportunity for swimming and snorkelling. We spotted many fish and crabs there.
The staff are truly the best thing about this place - really polite, attentive, and always going the extra distance to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Although we did not receive a sea-view room as originally booked, the staff were very understanding and immediately offered either to change our room or provide us with a late check-out. We chose the late check-out since our flight was quite late in the day, which allowed us to enjoy an extra afternoon at the beach. We really appreciated their flexibility and excellent attitude.
Unfortunately, some aspects did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I used the restroom near the piano bar in the lobby twice, on separate occasions, and found it very dirty both times. This was particularly disappointing and, in my opinion, unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The service at the lobby restaurant was also disappointing. The staff were very slow and rather unfriendly. We waited more than 20 minutes just to receive our drinks, and throughout our time there, I did not see a single waiter smile or make us feel particularly welcome. The food was another weak point. The quality and selection felt much closer to a fast food menu than what I would expect from a 5-star hotel restaurant.

Ambiente cosmopolita, huéspedes de diversas partes del mundo.
La zona donde se encuentra en San Julián es la parte más moderna y de ambiente nocturno juvenil de toda la isla aunque afortunadamente el hotel está algo apartado y desde dentro se vive ajeno a todo ese entorno.
Curiosamente es la zona de más hoteles 5* de la isla.
Algunos días en el desayuno coincidía demasiada gente hospedada lo cual no es de extrañar porque es un resort muy demandado por sus prestaciones
Great location and overall the hotel is clean and well maintained.
However, there are several areas that could be improved. The dining area and lobby can be extremely noisy, with a lot of echo, which makes the atmosphere rather unpleasant when the hotel is busy.
The adults-only beach area is another disappointment. Despite clear signs stating that the area is for adults only, children were still allowed in the area, which makes the purpose of having an adults-only section questionable.
The plastic glasses used at the beach are also very cheap and feel out of place for a five-star hotel. The quality could definitely be improved.
The service is inconsistent. Some members of staff are friendly and helpful, while others can be quite rude and not particularly welcoming.
Overall, a hotel with an excellent location and good cleanliness, but the service, atmosphere and attention to detail do not always live up to the standards expected from a five-star Westin resort.
