Excellent for ğğshot trip but not ideal for adults silent vacation

Servis hizmetleri mükemmel, personel çok saygılı. Yetişkinler için tek sorun; çok ufak çocuklu aile vardı. Çocuklu aileler için daha uygun . Temizlik mükemmel.
Mr Lama, bizimle yakından ilgilenip şikayetlerimize destek oldu. Georgio, gezi planları ile yapıcı önerilerde bulundu.

Cons:

Çok çocuklu aile olması nedeni ile kahvaltı alanı ve havuz çok gürültülü idi. Bu alanlarda yetişkinler için bir alan ayırmaları önerilir.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. Food at the bar was delicious and good selection at breakfast. Room very spacious and clean with amazing view. Lots of towels.

Cons:

Pool could get a bit crowded with kids and breakfast buffet also very busy at peak times

Pros:

It's a really nice hotel with excellent service from very friendly staff. The breakfasts were exceptional with everything you could imagine, if somewhat busy. Heated pool a bonus.

Cons:

Outside the hotel is a bit run down and St Julian's itself has gone down hill in the ten years since my last visit. Too much building work going on, the latest of which you can see and hear from the hotel. This is a lovely hotel do not get me wrong, its just the surrounding area that is poor. You can however get to the nice harbour area in about a ten minutes walk.

Lovely resort in Malta
Pros:

Really nice resort. The staff were excellent. The food in the hotel restaurants was always very good. The gym was excellently equipped. The pool is heated to a very pleasant temperature. The breakfast was excellent too. I would stay again.

Cons:

The surrounding area is very touristy, cheap bars and nightclubs, lots of building going on. This didn't affect our enjoyment of the resort itself but probably best if you plan to hang out in the resort or get a taxi out to other areas rather than planning to hang around the surrounding area itself.

hotel has a great location and spacious rooms, the pricing is relatively fair for what is provided

Excellent location, with direct access to the sea and beautiful coast views. The sea area is nice. Deluxe rooms are spacious, well-equipped, comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety and is good quality.

Cons:

The hotel feels somehow outdated, with certain areas requiring refurbishment.
Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the spa, which appears old and not well maintained.
The ‘sea view’ of the rooms can be misleading, as some of them actually overlook the inner courtyard rather than offering a true sea view.
Overall facilities and standards fall short of what is normally expected from a 5-star hotel.

Brilliant service and facilities.
Pros:

I have been to Malta over many years and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Fresh feel as you walk around and all very helpful and polite staff. Nothing was a problem . Excellent stay and great atmosphere.
