Good hotel, in a good location if you visit LTU
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location for my trip to visit my son at LTU. Gym was very good, and that they had a pool. Options for eating outside the hotel is very limited, and only fastfood. There is no cafe or Starbucks available in walking distance, so you need a car for everything.

Cons:

The bathroom had limited amenities, and towels varied from day to day. Some days I had 3 towels; other days, it was replaced with only 1 towel, so the service was inconsistent.

Didn’t feel comfortable, sleeping in the bed due to not being clean.
Pros:

They need to do a better job Cleaning after every room, the pillows was really dirty but overall how it look online is not the same how it looks in person.

Cons:

It was just not clean and again online how it looked completely different from in person so I was really surprised how the rating was so over hyped being a 4 star hotel definitely gotta renew it.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this hotel and would not stay here again.

First, the hotel is quite old and the overall condition of the room did not feel well maintained. More importantly, the room was not properly cleaned. The comforter had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and the bathroom also had a bad smell and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. My husband even found a towel in the bathroom that was visibly dirty and had stains on it.

I went to the front desk and explained all of these issues to the staff member. I specifically asked if the comforter could be changed, and she said that she would take care of it and also send fresh towels. I also asked if the room could be properly cleaned.

Unfortunately, the response was extremely disappointing. They only removed the bathroom trash, did not take the trash from the room, and left two new towels. The bed was made, but the comforter appeared to be the same one, and it still had the exact same unpleasant smell. Based on the condition of the room afterward, it did not feel like the room had actually been properly cleaned.

I understand that hotels can be older, but cleanliness and basic hygiene should not be compromised. The fact that we reported these issues and they were still not properly addressed made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

We will stay there because of the locale to family but eating there is unacceptable.
Pros:

No coffee shop for late risers! Last night, coffee from the restaurant bar was challenging.

Cons:

First, one of my rooms was not ready until over an hour after standard check-in time. I received a $700 hold for incidentals instead of the quoted $100. The room smell of urine, I’m assuming from the dirty carpet. And lastly, the door handle in the bathroom was broken causing my mother to be locked in the bathroom for several minutes until I returned to her room.
