Lovely property, pretty location, staff needs training. Except Dwight-he’s great!
Pros:

We upgraded to a suite that was clearly down fir maintenance. It was filled with bees-literally like 40- on the 22nd floor. WiFi was horrible and insecure! An open network for guests???? Staff was fairly clueless about the surrounding area except for Dwight the bellman. Overall it’s a lovely property, but it needs help.

Cons:

Wifi. Secure network. No need in rooms. Daily housekeeping! We didn’t get service.

Pros:

Room is really clean and services from front desk and the house keeping is fantastic.

Cons:

Slightly outdated with very slow charging USB but the view and everything else was fantastic. The AC unit was a bit loud whenever it kicks in but I'm a deep sleeper so doesn't really bother me as much.

Not worth the money paid.
Cons:

Elevator broken down and those working were slow. Crappy breakfast experience. Entire hotel is tired and needs an update.
