We had a lovely time: wonderful staff at restaurant and front desk and great location!
Pros:

Incredibly hardworking staff at breakfast.
Sashi was a wonderful host - great personality as he greeted, seated, and interacted with guests. He also worked hard helping the wait staff get tables ready for the next guests.
Diane was also excellent. It was incredibly busy and even though she wasn't our server, she looked after us and made sure we weren't overlooked. She was very personable with all guests and also helped with clearing and set up.
The front staff was also lovely.

Cons:

One elevator was out of order.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Always a welcoming environment, front door staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating desk clerks, a large inviting front lobby, lots of natural light, rooms are very comfy and large, the outdoor grounds are beautiful, safe and peaceful to walk around, always enjoy our stays there😊

Cons:

Elevators are slow, only 2 in use.

Large rooms ! Friendly staff! Restaurant was decent ! Hiking trails and outdoor space

Cons:

Malfunctioning elevators. Sticky patio doors. Huge gaps under doors. Loud housekeeping staff

Nice hotel, but far from the city
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Tv was very poor, very choppy. Lower level amenities were weird, like a Chinese poker room and you had to pay more money just to play pool or poker.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

Cons:

A little old, smelly and literally in the middle of nowhere requiring taxis to get anywhere.

Pool closed, gym closed, billiards room closed, bathroom dated.

Nice hotel. But terrible policies for extending your stay.
Cons:

When wanting to extend my stay for on more night I was charged Cdn$987 for one night, way too much, but had to pay under duress. So no more staying at this hotel chain. Why not charge me the same rate as for the whole stay??

Lit tres confortable, chambre propre.
Petit déjeuner excellent

Cons:

En soirée la personne a l’acceuil pour le check in n’étais pas a 100% avec nous. L’attente etait longue pour avoir la chambre

The hotel is great however, the front desk staff and managers are not able to resolve cost issues at the desk. The always refer you to the booking reservation site and will not that responsibility for concerns. They need to be empowered to do so.

Low value for money - terrible odor in several rooms

Cons:

Stinky rooms (I tried several) carpet is disgusting and 100 years old. Entire room smells moldy.
Also I couldn’t check in for night1 of 2 and there was absolutely no customer friendly behaviour to sort this out at the reception - I needed to pay in full.
