Nice hotel
Pros:

I stayed here for one night. With a hotel a lot of the time the people make the difference and everyone encountered was super nice. The room was clean and it was in nice area of the town. A nice place to stay.

Ok but would stay elsewhere in the future
Pros:

didnt have the breakfast, location was very good, easy to get to and leave.

Cons:

booked 2 queen suite and the king suite for the stay and was disappointed by the size and condition of the king suite in particular.

Great Hilton property...
Pros:

This Hilton provides a level of service I've only experienced at Waldorf properties under the Hilton portfolio. My wife and I were very impressed with this property. The front desk clerk made us feel welcome and made sure we had anything we needed at check in. The servers in the breakfast were very friendly and provided great service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. And, lastly, make sure you reach out to the concierge, Lisa, about your stay. She provided excellent restuarant and activity recommendations and a great private transfer from the airport to the hotel. She even provided a welcome gift after some lengthy, frustrating for us travel delays.

Our stay was great!
Pros:

Loved the location and the parking was amazing!!! Really loved and appreciated it! The staff were kind and thoughtful. Really made the stay nice!

Cons:

At the time of our visit, there was only one working elevator. Which was a bummer. However, the staff had the service elevator open for use on our second day which was thoughtful.

Great value in brilliant location
Pros:

Staff are polite professional and keen to help and location is as good as it gets literally near everything.
Excellent gym/ facilities.

Cons:

Steam room needs sorting out ..otherwise all good.
