Great place , great location ! Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great place, great location, great customer service. Special compliments to the concierge staff as they were very helpful in directing us around the city and setting us up with a great Hot Air Balloon /Pyramid excursion.

Best Pride ever
Pros:

Thisbis my favorite Hotel in Mexico City, is so close to the Angel of Independence. It was perfect for Pride and FIFA. Also is equadistant from Zocalo, Chapultepec, polanco. Etc

La verdad la atención del personal muy profesionales empaticos y sobretodo siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar fui por el Pride nos dejaron una galletita y todos tenían pines de la bandera LGBT sin duda me voy a volver a hospedar ahí.

No hay ningún comentario todo me gusto del hotel y su personal.

Una buena opción en CDMX
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, las habitaciones son cómodas y en general el hotel tiene buen mantenimiento. Me pareció limpio y el personal es muy amable. Me pareció un excelente detalle que nos dieran una galleta de cortesía por la marcha del orgullo que estaba ocurriendo en el momento de mi estancia.

Cons:

La tina de la habitación parecía estar tapada, el agua no se iba.

Okay stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to a lot of restaurants/bars. The staff were very nice and cordial. The hotel is clean but does need to be renovated. It’s a little run down. The pool water was a little green. I would not stay here again.
