Buena opción para hospedarse en CDMX

El desayuno genial, de los mejores que he probado ! la amabilidad del personal. Siempre listos para ayudar!. He viajado muchas veces a Ciudad de México pero las ultimas dos veces me hospedé en este hotel ( es el único de todos los que probé que valió la pena repetir y volver!!).
Desde la piscina se ve la estatua del Angel, eso es muy hermoso de ver!.

Cons:

Mi habitación tenía el espacio de la heladerita pero no tenia la heladerita. Podría haber resuelto comidas teniendo algo fácil para comer en la habitación.
Las habitaciones que dan a la calle podrían ser un poco ruidosas, una de las noches hubo una fiesta en algún lugar por enfrente y se sintió ese ruido toda la noche.
La piscina podría ser un poquito mas profunda :)

Excelente hospedagem, apesar do preço alto das diárias.
Pros:

Maravilhoso o atendimento na recepção às 20h do dia 15/05. Tínhamos duas reservas de três dias cada, uma feita através da Booking, outra por uma empresa de turismo local. Tudo que precisávamos era que houvesse conexão entre as duas para que não houvesse interrupção. As atendentes fizeram de tudo para que desse tudo certo. E deu. E o atendimento nos dias seguintes também foram perfeitos. Brilhante!

Cons:

O café da manhã é muito farto e tem um horário excelente que vai das 6:30 até às 12:00. Pena que a recepção na entrada do salão e a condução até a mesa não sejam simples, complicando logo na entrada. O café e o mingau quase sempre estão frios. Nas cinco diárias, foi necessário exigir a temperatura ideal. Os funcionários parecem querer retirar os pratos antes mesmo de terminarmos, constrangendo o tempo todo os clientes. Pode melhorar muito, mas mesmo assim não chega a comprometer a qualidade do hotel. Apenas para reflexão da administração do café da manhã.
