Pros:

The location was great, close to the Angel monument and Chapultepec park, but off a quiet side street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The water in Mexico City can be a bit harsh. It would have been nice to have at least some filtered water on a faucet so we didn't have to rely on bottled water as much, but also maybe treated water for the shower? Our hair just didn't feel quite the same as at home :)

A wonderful place to stay
Pros:

It was comfortable, quiet, clean, well put together, with a lovely location. But the standout quality is the staff. They were uniformly wonderful - helpful, kind, willing to help. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
