Pros:

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good and the location also. Close to Duomodossola station so the travel from the airport was very easy.

Cons:

The room was of the smaller size. The bathroom especially. But those criticisms are only small niggles.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were extremely friendly! I booked the hotel late at night, and everything went very smoothly. I even happened to arrive during a market the next day. The room was very clean, with a subtle fragrance and pleasant music. Everything was excellent!

Hotel molto elegante, con camere pulite e uno staff competente, disponibile e sempre cordiale. La posizione è ottima: lo abbiamo scelto per un concerto a San Siro e la fermata della metropolitana si trova a pochi passi dall'hotel. Molto apprezzato anche il prosecco di benvenuto offerto al bar. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Soggiorno eccellente al CityLife Hotel Poliziano con la mia famiglia. Prima dell’arrivo avevamo comunicato le nostre esigenze (arrivo in auto, due camere e cane) e lo staff ha organizzato tutto alla perfezione: parcheggio privato con prezzo onestissimo a notte, camere addirittura comunicanti e attenzione anche per il nostro amico a quattro zampe. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche le welcome amenities in camera.
Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile, dalla reception al bar fino alla sala colazioni. Camera impeccabile, pulita, confortevole e ben curata, con un’ottima aria condizionata. La posizione è ideale: zona tranquilla ma ben collegata al centro con i mezzi pubblici.
Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative!!!

Pros:

La struttura è molto comoda per i mezzi di trasporto, metro e autobus. Lo staff disponibile è una bella e accogliente camera

Cons:

Trovo costoso 35€ a notte per il posto auto coperto..
