My stay has been very pleasant once again. The room was comfortable and had a great view overlooking the Thomas Memorial Circle.
The staff has made my stay even more pleasant, the Front Desk associates were helpful at all times, answering questions and promptly answering to the extra request for hotel essentials.
The servers in the restaurant, specially, Tige, Abdul and Sintu were very attentive, serving with a smile and great customer service during the week I spent at the hotel, making breakfast a good experience.
I will certainly come back to the Westin City Center next time.
Excellent hotel with great customer service: front desk staff made us feel at home, greeting us everytime we we walked by; restaurant staff, especially Emebet, was very attentive, professional and charming. Westin hotel is fortunate to have her.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. We managed to sleep well with no to minimal noise in the building.

Parking in front of the hotel is free at night until 7 am and saves a lot of money.

Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. It was easier to eat breakfast at the hotel. Emebet was our waitress and she was kind, considerate and efficient. I would recommend staying here and taking advantage of the restaurant (the she crab soup for $12 was outstanding last night).

Always a good to place to stay in DC. Central location in a very walkable city. If you done in the restaurant ask for Emebet. She adds perfection to the experience.
