I liked how luxurious it felt and how nice everyone on the staff was.
the towels had little hairs on them and the shower seemed to need another clean, but overall it was nice

Sintu is AMAZING! Her welcoming smile every morning made our breakfast experience most enjoyable. It is such a delight to find host staff that enjoy their work & share that joy with their guests. We looked forward to seeing Sintu at breakfast & will hopefully see her again if and when we return to the Westin. A huge “thank you” to Sintu!!!!

Location and ease to get to various places.
No pool
The staff at this location are excellent, incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful from check-in to check-out! They were accommodating with our dog, upgrading us to a city view room, though pet-friendly rooms are limited to the first two floors. We were just glad to have our pup with us!
However, this is definitely the most dated Westin I’ve stayed at. Right away, I noticed it lacked the signature Westin scent in the air. The hallways are dark, the carpets look dirty, and our room had a musty smell. It also lacked the standard Westin lush bedding and fluffy towels you usually expect from the brand. While the room was clean, the space and bathroom desperately need an update. There is no executive lounge, and the breakfast buffet was just okay with limited options, though the omelet bar was a nice touch. Come for the amazing service, but be prepared for a property that feels a bit neglected.

Hotel was so so, but Sintu from the restaurant was great. She made my morning more bright!
