I would recommend this for anyone visiting the Carnegie museums or Pitt U.
Pros:

Location was very good for the Carnegie museums. Pittsburgh is very walkable.

Cons:

I don't like having valet parking. I prefer to park my own car.

Paid parking and no pool. Bathrooms are very very run down and in need of repair/replacement. My bathtub was rusted.

Don’t pay for the breakfast included with your stay. The buffet was awful!

The location to what we were there for was great.

Cons:

The lack of restaurant time/service and the quality of the service when it was open. The buffet was poor for breakfast. Everything was cold- especially the eggs

The staff is great, the location is great but a bit rundown for the price charged

Cons:

Valet parking. It’s just a tax on any of the customers that arrive by car. A big grass lot behind the building is fenced off so we could not walk our dogs there leaving dog owners having to cross busy downtown streets to get to a small grass strip
