Bathroom was small and weirdly set up. Towels stored in the shower, toilet paper was oddly placed. Not enough usb outlets

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The bartender made sure I received a great meal even though I arrived late. As he shut down for the night he let me leisurely enjoy my food & entertained me while I ate. Allowing me to unwind from my journey there. He valued my comfort over his departure from a long day of work.

Cons:

Not having a shuttle.

The stay and facilities were good, we are planning to stay here again during upcoming UPMC visits
Pros:

The location was very convenient for us - I had appointments at the nearby UPMC hospitals just a few blocks away. They do offer a reduced rate for guests in town with UPMC appointments which is very welcome. The front desk staff was very comforting in offering best wishes for upcoming procedures.

Cons:

The in-house breakfast buffet was a little pricy - it didn't offer much more than other hotels free breakfasts.

I would recommend this for anyone visiting the Carnegie museums or Pitt U.
Pros:

Location was very good for the Carnegie museums. Pittsburgh is very walkable.

Cons:

I don't like having valet parking. I prefer to park my own car.

Fine for a quick stay.
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff!

Cons:

Paid parking and no pool. Bathrooms are very very run down and in need of repair/replacement. My bathtub was rusted.
