Magaly the sweetest and best
Pros:

Magaly is so sweet and an amazing, make the experience better by keeping the check in process easy and quick, she was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations. She was lovely, next time you visit ask for her.

Magaly made us feel welcome from the first second
Pros:

As a Diamond member I’ve stayed at more Hilton properties than I can count, and Magaly at the front desk was a genuine standout. Check-in was quick and seamless, she helped us with an upgrade, and honestly her smile made the whole arrival feel warm rather than transactional. That kind of energy is rare, she’s the reason guests come back

Pros:

First of all very bad and drug infested area second of all carpet is very nasty and crumpley beds were the only good thing about it they were pretty comfortable taking way too long to get security deposit back every other motel I have stayed at gets it right back within an hour after checking out because one families are on the road their money they count for does not need to take days to return it very bad experience all around cannot believe Hilton puts their name on that

Room location was extremely noisy from onsite bar and AC. No sleep for a one-night pre-cruise stay. Would not stay again
Cons:

Location of room next to onsite bar and AC so loud it couldn’t be left on overnight. Lifts are ridiculous, you can only get in lift going to your requested floor, so had to let 4 lifts go other guests had called before we could use one. Staff were unhelpful when complaint made. Concierge messed up shuttle booking made 2 months earlier.
