The stay simply met basic expectations for a hotel. The hotel rooms needs considerable renovations.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room needs to be upgraded. Insufficient towels in bathroom. The room itself is extremely small and without a fridge which did not work for us.
Considerable weight time each time we needed to leave the hotel room to get to the lobby. 3 elevators with only 2 working and with constant traffic, each weight time for the lift extended beyond 20 mins or more.

Great Airport Hotel
Pros:

Excellent experience here. Great staff, great rooms, great transfers to and from airport. We especially appreciated that the restaurant was open from breakfast to midnight to accommodate arrivals at late hours. The menu was limited but the food and service even at 10PM on aTuesday night was great. We also used Global Parking to leave our car here for eight nights at $10/night without any problem whatsoever. Would absolutely stay again when flying out of MIA

World Cup 2026
Pros:

We booked this hotel as we were arriving late from London and, travelling with my 7 yer old son, wanted somewhere without too much more travel time.

The airport shuttle was great, picked up just outside baggage claim with lots of pick up points marked “hotel shuttles” so no stressing about trying to find a remote pick up spot. Journey time to the hotel was less than 5 minutes and we used this for flying home too. Running every 15 minutes it was stress free.

The hotel is located across the road from the Tri-rail and Metrorail which was really handy for heading to downtown Miami for the World Cup fan zone and to get the stadium shuttle before and after the football. Miami Beach is also only a 20-30 minute uber ride ($15-$25). The new Inter Miami Stadium is across the river/canal and a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel itself is clean, rooms are a good size and the housekeeping were really efficient with room cleaning, stocking of water bottles, bathroom accessories (including mouthwash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion) and not disturbing you when your back in the room. Restaurant was great and we used it for breakfast and lunch. Waiting staff are really friendly too.

The pool area is great with towels supplied and enough sun loungers and umbrellas and the pool was perfect to cool off in the 100 degree heat!!! There is plenty of tables to also sit and have a coffee after breakfast in the sunshine as well as some visits from the local wildlife (iguanas, Anoles and Geckos)

Only downsides were one of the elevators was out of action when we stayed so we had a slight wait at times. The room air conditioning was quite noisy too but not enough to stop me coming back.
