Very nice and clean. The price was reasonable.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. The location to the airport was perfect. Room service was outstanding.

Cons:

I was charged $20 to park in the garage behind the hotel. They should have validated parking.

No complaints except for toilet rm 701 very short - felt like a children's toilet
Pros:

Food absolutely delicious. Nomatter what i had for breakfast it was outstanding, with coffee being the exception. Never hot enough.just warm.

Cons:

I waited for one hr 10 mins for the shuttle at 830 pm to 940pm outside at the airport alone . Finally hired a taxi which was 21+ 9 tip to get to hotel which was 10min away . Tried to call- no answer . I had been advised I didnt have to do , was told shuttle runs every 30 mins. Explanation phones not working ' but shuttle should have run on schedule? I was given 2 complimentary breakfasts , which was nice but the inconvenience was much more than that , being a first time visitor and travelling alone .

Cons:

Their pool is closed for renovation but they never disclosed it beforehand.
AC in the room was broken and after they said they will fix it, they didn’t do anything.
Water in bathtub stays flowing and doesn’t drain properly (all rooms my friends were at had the same issue).
Water flushes badly - have to do it twice every time.
For Shuttle from airport, recommend to call when you land.

No pool
Pros:

No Pool although it said on the website there was a pool and last time I was here, years ago there was. Rooms are in need of an update and on the 3rd floor the AC was set to 65 and we were extremely hot all night long. Beds were comfy. But we cancelled our 2nd night due to no pool and with so many other options in the area, wouldn’t stay here again.
