Staff was welcoming. Room was nice. Roof top bar was very nice. Our server, Alex, was exceptional!!
Large space. Nice furniture.
Hotel had a birthday party and a DJ playing directly under our room so there was nonstop thumping and the floor was shaking until 11:00PM. We were not informed of this before checking in and we arrived 3 hours early. There was also a small roach running around in the half bath which I killed and took to the front desk. The shower in the small bathroom did not drain well and needed to be periodically turned off for water to drain and the mattress in the smaller bedroom sinks in the middle. There is also no microwave in the room.

The accommodations were excellent!

The hotel was wonderful! The only thing negative at all. Was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We went out front and waited for the fire fighters to clear it before going back to our room.then it took along time to go back asleep.
The staff up front tried telling me I did not need to go outside. Having family in the fire dept.f, I feel it was a very inappropriate response to an alarm.
Upon checking out the next morning. A complimentary night's stay for the rough nights sleep would have been appropriate, but not even an apology was given.
Other than that, an excellent place to sray.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is pet friendly. The bed was fabulous. We got a suite. Everyone was comfortable.
