My husband and I had a nice, quiet getaway for our anniversary.
Pros:

Room was modern and clean with necessary amenities. Location was superb as we were in town for a concert in the Boch Wang Theatre, located across the street.

Cons:

If we wanted to use our car, there was a wait time for getting it out of valet.

Terrible room location, weird layout, the room was not properly cleaned the bathtub was stopped up, valet parking is ridiculously expensive and so is the breakfast buffet

Un hotel che delude e che non onora il brand Marriot

La posizione in zona centrale.

Cons:

Poca chiarezza sulle condizioni della camera. Solo al momento del check-in ho scoperto che la colazione inclusa nel prezzo da me pagato era solo per 2 persone e non per 4. La camera aveva due letti molto piccoli (tipo francese) e non i due letti queen size che si trovano in tutti gli alberghi (anche i motel a 2 stelle) in USA. In camera c’era un odore cattivo e pur avendo segnalato il problema alla reception e allo staff di housekeeping non è stato risolto. L’aria condizionata nelle varie aree dell’hotel era dí intensità molto differente (ad esempio la zona ascensori della Lobby aveva una temperatura molto fredda e fastidiosa). Il bagno della camera era piccolissimo (non ci si stava in due) e anche questa è una cosa molto inferiore agli standard USA anche per categorie di hotel più basse. Insomma il Courtyard by Marriott downtown Boston delude ampiamente le aspettative che il nome Marriott dovrebbe assicurare.
