We stayed to watch Scotland in the World Cup. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend the hotel

Pros:

I liked how clean the hotel was. As well as how comfortable the bed was.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to wait almost an hour for my room to be done, when check in was supposed be at 3pm and I arrived at 4pm. At first they said it was going to be 10-15 mins, 30 mins passed and my rooms weren't done. Then only one of my room was done and I had to wait another 10-15 mins for my next one. I am very understanding of being short staffed but if you know people are checking in starting at 3pm, rooms shouldn't still be in the process of cleaning at 4pm/5pm.

Pros:

The cost of this room compared to the quality and size was ridiculous. Tiny room which was very average in quality compared to a nightly charge for a 4 Seasons price tag. Horrible value. No free coffee in the lobby, a workout room that had no air conditioning or even reasonable equipment, overall disappointing

Really good hotel in great location
Pros:

Rooms are very clean and maid is in everyday to change towels etc. Staff at front desk are extremely accommodating and helpful. Valet is good but $75 a night is expensive. Water cooler in lobby with flavoured electrolytes is excellent.

Cons:

Small shop in lobby is expensive. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel so go there instead. There is a nightclub attached to the hotel while can be noisy on the weekend.

Cons:

They charged me at check-in for the room, then demanded a credit card for a hold for 'incidentals'. This charge was on my card for over a week after I left, alongside another charge for well over £1200.

Three weeks later, the £1200+ has been charged to my card with zero notification from the bandits at Boston Marriott, and no way of contacting them by email (in 2026!) to rectify.

Good place to sleep and work
Pros:

I needed to work from Boston so this was a great room with a large working table and strong internet. Also an excellent bed for good sleep.

Cons:

I needed to call front-desk for few small issues. Too much for the price I paid for such room.
